Location and the view were excellent.
No kitchen facility. Just a microwave without any utensil.
Washrooms could be a little bit cleaner.

Very close to the station, the staffs are friendly, and Onsen pool with Fuji view.
Not so comfortable; they provided just electric kettle and a jug of water but no cup for drinking water in the room. Even in the basement room where there ‘s a microwave and an electric kettle, there is no cup at all.

Easy to find and good size room. The onsen is nice too. Remember that 1h before checkout the shared shower rooms are closed for cleaning, so better to get up early :D

The location is very good, right opposite from the bus station. You have everything you need for your stay. Even though you share toilet and shower cabins they were clean.
You have onsens for men and women in 4th floor with mt. Fuji view.
You can experience traditional Japanese room with tatami and futon.
Noise cancellation was absent. You could hear people pick their nose in the room next to yours. And you know people walk like elephants etc…. From 10.30 pm on or so it becomes quite cause people fall asleep, but if you are light sleeper don’t stay there.
Accommodation is locked after 11 pm.
Access to shower and onsen is not 24/7.
Lowered the score cause of noise.
