河口湖ステラシアターに近い等立地に関しては良い。
事前チェックインが分かりづらい。 駐車場が少し狭いので、大型車だと止めづらさを感じると思う。 枕が2個とも高さがあり、低い枕を好む自分には合わなかった。2個用意していただけるのであれば低い枕も用意してほしい。 テレビがインターネットテレビでニュースやドラマを観ることができなかった。 トイレの温水洗浄(おしり)が壊れていて使えなかった。ビデで対応した。

ロケーションが良かった！ スタッフの方の心遣いが嬉しかった！
バスタオルがもう少しふっくらしていたら嬉しいです。けっこう使い込まれた感じだったので。
