Booked this property for 3 adults and we all slept well despite of it being next to the express way, it wasn’t very noisy. Basic amenities were provided like drinking water, kettle, hair dryer, shampoo, and body wash. Upon request, they allowed us to check-in earlier than 1pm.

Far from the main Kawaguchiko Station. The nearby station (Kawaguchiko Shopping Center) is connected via the green line bus that passes by only three times in a day. Rooms are super small so you have to keep your large luggage or multiple bags in a coin locker near the station. The property has absolutely no space for anything more than 2 rucksacks. They have a restaurant where they can keep luggage before check-in for 1000 yen per bag. This may change during peak demand.
