Clean, affordable and nice spot.
Bedrooms were a bit hot for sleeping had to leave curtain open to get the A/C into the sleeping area..

Staff was super friendly, Restrooms clean, Showers very nice. It is a great place to stay for hiking Mt. Fuji.
Futon was not very comfortable, just to thin.

Decent location, staff were helpful, good showers, good commercial area
The dorm we were in smelled really bad and the air con didn’t work great,
The bikes we paid to hire were rusty and the breaks didn’t work,
You had to make your own bed up too and pay for towels

The balcony to watch the sunset with Fuji was amazing.
You can get bikes for much more reasonable price than the ones along the side of the lake!
