    Place is overall nice, horrible staff. If everything goes well for you, all good. Otherwise, if you have a tiny problem, a request, anything, the team is the most ignorant and helpless in Japan. We had a reservation malfunction, and they completely didn’t care, just stopped answering our emails at some point, which led us to huge money and time losses. It’s not hard to just be nice to people sometimes

    Like the washing machine with detergent. Suggest to have kettle in each room. Would be good if there are utensils provided and not paper cups

    The people in the next room are very noisy. They are still making a lot of noise at one o'clock in the morning and playing music out loud. An at 5 am they start Group sex OMG. Bearly sleep. When I am using toilet, the moment I enter, one of other guest starting to knock the door continuously. Well I would like to leave a good review if not the bad neighbours~
