    This hotel is next to Forest Mall away from the crowded tourist areas. If you prefer a quiet place that is reasonably priced without the lake or mountain view, this may be right for you. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. The public bath is not an onsen. Breakfast is ok. They provide packet shower gel and shampoo.

    They offer pick up at Kawaguchiko Station and drop off as well, it saved us lot of time and it was very convenient. The staff was very busy but managed to care for every guest. Me and my mother had a great stay in the hotel.

    My room was at 3rd floor and the noise from the cafeteria. The elevator smelled funny it almost like someone splashed a bowl of onion soup onto the carpet. The bed was stiff. Shampoo and conditioner came in little packages so if you have long hair you are doomed. The parking entrance was confusing because there were literally no signs to guide you in. Make sure to check their homepage for a video for direction if you are driving.
