Self check-in was nice and the room was comfortable.
Thin walls. You could hear any noice from the other rooms.

The view of Mt Fuji is superb. Location very near to Kawaguchiko St. Konbini from Lawson & 7E also nearby. Very nice stay. Bathroom & bedroom are ckean and convinient.

The location. Maybe the price is lower and cannot expect too much.
No staff physically existed but helping thru LINE messages contact.
We left our luggage at the front door, before check-in and after check-out. No one looking at them and actually not secured. Although worried, it was fine. Appreciate it was safe.
The amenities are not being refilled or provided.
The indoor slippers were not enough for everyone, alcohol in the toilet was finished used and not being refilled., There were so many people staying and sharing only one kettle and microwave.

Very good location. It is has no staff but the automated message system was great. Easy to find easy to find the parking and easy to check in and out.
We ordered a superior triple room. This is not for 3 people the futon that was promised is a 1 inch thin very soft mattress topper on a hard floor. So basically on person had to sleep on the floor. Would recommend the hotel ether invest in some better floor mattresses or don’t advertise this as a 3 person room. The two other beds were comfy and clean through.
