Great staff. They were very sweet and very helpful. The location is very good. You can see Mt. Fuji just by stepping outside the main door. The place was very clean and ample space for kitchen, eating area, lounge and much more. Bedrooms were also very comfortable and clean.
There was weak internet and wifi connections in the far corner rooms of the property.

Location was easy to get to, it’s really close to the lake and there’s all kind of stores nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The sofas in the common room need some upgrade.
