We had a very late check-in due to a flight. This was smooth and easy process in our room. Our room was immaculately tidy and clean. We are very comfortable in the suite. We didn’t need the butler service as we found it confusing with what they would do and what they wouldn’t do would stay again in a smaller room or even the same room without this butler. Service absolutely recommend to anyone.

Beautiful Hotel but Fell Short of Expectations I recently stayed at the Burj Al Arab, and while the experience was certainly luxurious, it didn’t quite live up to the “world’s most luxurious hotel” reputation. The architecture and views are undeniably stunning — the design is iconic, and the interiors are beautifully maintained. The suite was spacious and well-appointed, with great attention to detail. However, the overall experience didn’t feel as exceptional as I expected. The service was polite but somewhat inconsistent — at times slow, and not as personalized as one might expect from such a prestigious property. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but not quite the flawless, over-the-top luxury experience I had imagined. For the price and reputation, I expected more attention to detail and warmth in the service.

What a beautiful hotel, fantastic service and wonderfully relaxing. Everything is well thought through and it doesn't feel overly crowded. There was always sunbeds by the pool and afternoon tea in the skyview was perfect.

Amazing. We got a great half board package which included Michelin star restaurants. The only complaint is the pool is in dire need of refurbishment. There were many cracked tiles and rust staining which was really out of place for such a beautiful property.

Only item is that your wireless chargers in the room are dated and most parts don’t work. Only one of the usb ports on one charging station worked. Funny for a place that is 7stars and that for the rest is very ontop of it all. There is the Marina district about 20 min drive that is nice place to stay as well with a large variety of places in its vicinity. But I did truly enjoy my stay.

Speechless, no words to describe the experience Everything is 7 starts but the excellence, kindness and profesional of every single person working in the property is 10 starts Special our butler Nas , who gave us special welcome for our anniversary with a delicious chocolate mousse cake and prepared our hot tub with bubbles for our after dinner Breakfast is amazing and all restaurant in the property are amazing Absolutely wortly , best hotel ever !!! Chic , sophisticated, but still feel home I will be back very shortly !!

I knew the property was kind of dated going in, but I wanted the 90’s Arabic feeling so I was ok with it. Their self proclaimed 7 star status is maybe as dated as the bathrooms though. The wear and tear on carpets, exposed electric wiring on the way to the pool and buckling trex decking on the pool edge makes it feel less than a 5 star, especially for the price. The staff was very friendly, the pool area is really nice and beach is a short golf cart ride away with calm beautiful water and a striking view of the hotel, so overall, I do recommend staying here.

My wife and I first stayed at the Burj Al Arab in July 2006. Back then, it was without question the most impressive hotel in the world, from the iconic sail, shaped design to the luxurious interior, unmatched service, and thoughtful in-room souvenirs. One of the highlights was the personalized attention: we had a butler on our floor available at all times, and staff were stationed throughout the hotel, offering dates and assistance with a genuine sense of hospitality. It felt like every detail was curated to make you feel like royalty. Returning nearly 20 years later, our experience was still pleasant, but the magic wasn’t quite the same. While the hotel remains architecturally stunning and the service is still high by most standards, it now feels like it needs a refresh , both in design and service dynamics. The interiors haven’t evolved much and now appear a bit dated, especially compared to other modern luxury hotels around the world. Small service details fell short: for instance, we planned to visit the Sky Bar but found it closed, and the alternative bar closed just minutes after we arrived, something that would never have happened back in 2006. To be clear, the Burj Al Arab still offers an exceptional experience, but it no longer feels like the best hotel in the world , at least not in the way it once did. For those who’ve never been, it will still dazzle. For those returning with memories of its golden era, it may feel like it’s time for a new chapter in its legacy

We went to celebrate our anniversary and they did nothing for us, there was no extra touch from them to make a special stay for us. Only at the end because I told them they brought a cake. The staff seem very new and the service of them was not to the standards of Burj Al Arab, at the reception specially they seem completely inexperienced
