It was not possible to reserve seats in the restaurant for hotel residents in the evening

No We booked an expensive suite, but the windows overlooked a construction site where work was going on around the clock. Even at night! So the terrace was completely worthless.

Improve customer-centric services and upgrade hardware facilities

Location is always as good as usual, The hotel is not too big but exquisite, the breakfast is very plentiful, and the hotel offers many activities for children—these are the reasons we keep coming back. The staff were very warm and friendly, and responded to our needs very quickly.

As loyal customers for many years, we arrived at the hotel early, but unlike last year, they didn't let us check in. Instead, they asked us to pay half the room rate (for the day). It wasn't until I showed the front desk my phone to clarify my previous communication with the hotel—that guests could check in for free at 8 AM if rooms were available—that we were allowed to check in earlier. We stayed in two rooms for a week, and for customers like us, they should provide more flexible and personalized service. Unlike last year, when there was juices and bread in the room upon check-in, and gifts for the children, the room was empty. I had to call the front desk to request them before they were brought out. Secondly, the hotel's facilities are clearly aging, we come every year and it's quite noticeable.

The rooms are very spacious and the décore is amazing. The facilities were very convenient. They have many restaurants that will satisfy any person. The complementary services we got throughout our stay around the clock and most importantly the 24 hour breakfast.

The only downside was the condition of the sea, which was unfortunately not very clean during our stay. However, this didn’t take away from the overall positive impression.

Attention to details !

Exceptional staff going above and beyond to please guests. Attention to small details such as placing hot tea and snacks in the room daily and many other small details in room, as well as the availability of all day breakfast in the room make it a very pleasurable experience staying there.

Room booked with ocean view is actually partial sea view with view of marina building, which was not what I expected. Beach area like the palm area is man made so not as pretty as actual Jumeirah beaches. Beach area too quiet, relaxing lounge music would’ve been nice.

Stylish, comfortable and luxurios resort; The room is well packed and with nice compliments from the hotel; SPA and Hoseki restaurant are worth visiting; special thanks for the room free upgrade!

A la carte breakfast: it takes twice longer than a breakfast buffet. might be a weekend problem, so plan your morning accordingly check out process also took too much time, while the reception had my credit card details.

That was my fourth time at the Hotel; The beach is tranquil for those who like to relax. The rooms are excellent. They cover so many tiny details that you don't need to pack them for the next stay.

The place for a truly luxurious stay in Dubai

Exquisite design, top level luxury, thoughtfully planned room layouts, great in-room dining, perfect selection of restaurants — and you must not miss the spa: the pool is great and the serenity of the place simply unmatched.

The beach feels a bit constricted in a small lagoon with some low-rise construction (villas/residences) continuing on the other side (as of January 2023), which results in a partially marred horizon for an otherwise perfect place.
