Location is always as good as usual, The hotel is not too big but exquisite, the breakfast is very plentiful, and the hotel offers many activities for children—these are the reasons we keep coming back. The staff were very warm and friendly, and responded to our needs very quickly.
As loyal customers for many years, we arrived at the hotel early, but unlike last year, they didn't let us check in. Instead, they asked us to pay half the room rate (for the day). It wasn't until I showed the front desk my phone to clarify my previous communication with the hotel—that guests could check in for free at 8 AM if rooms were available—that we were allowed to check in earlier. We stayed in two rooms for a week, and for customers like us, they should provide more flexible and personalized service.
Unlike last year, when there was juices and bread in the room upon check-in, and gifts for the children, the room was empty. I had to call the front desk to request them before they were brought out. Secondly, the hotel's facilities are clearly aging, we come every year and it's quite noticeable.

No We booked an expensive suite, but the windows overlooked a construction site where work was going on around the clock. Even at night! So the terrace was completely worthless.
Service was very bad. It was not possible to reserve seats in the restaurant for hotel residents in the evening
