A special thank you to Rubel from the Butler Service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and put in a lot of effort to ensure I had a seamless experience. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication did not go unnoticed.
I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

1. Management is very poor and incompetent.
2. It's Chaos there.
3. failed on all requests.
4. They smile and offer you services , that I asked for in written form several times, and that they never deliver.
5. Traffic at the entrance - it can take you 30 minutes to drive the last 300 meters
6. They come up with a “no jeans” dress code at the entrance of restaurants - right when you come and never inform in advance.
7. Full of PIMPS and doubtful ladies there - they approach in inappropriate ways.

It is a luxury place to enjoy relaxing vacation period. Everything is designed to reach the best experience. All team members are highly trained to provide an excellent service. The room was amazing, the breakfast included unlimited varieties, the restaurants are excellent as well.

The hotel is excellent and beautiful. We stayed here for the second time, and enjoyed it even more than the first. The staff are fantastic, especially in the restaurants and by the pool. Special thanks to Yathish, who made our time at the pool truly enjoyable every day. The view from our room of the Burj Al Arab was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed.
We didn’t like that although the hotel has 12 restaurants, with children you can only go to two of them. The hotel is supposed to be family-friendly, but management seems to have forgotten that children also need to eat. I raised this issue during our first stay, but unfortunately nothing has changed. Secondly, I don’t like that the young man standing at the entrance to the pool area has to stand for 12 hours without a chair. Please give him a chair.

The location was excellent, the view is amazing and the hotel is very beautiful in the inside and safe.
I liked that they gave us a cake as a treat for our celebration.
We found a dead bug when we first entered and the staff were very rude and racist. The AC was not working properly, when we called them they sent us an engineer to resolve the issue but it was still the same. The room was very hot.
We came to celebrate but we were not comfortable in the room at all due to the AC issue. This ruined our stay.

Staff is not trained its like being in a cheap 5 star, you call the reception they inform you that they will assist you with what you need but in fact never get back to you, over all staff from jumeirah circle to reception to securities to valet etc are not professional at all and the stay was really below are expectations considering the hipe this newly opened hotel has been receiving.beach and swimingpools are ok but please add some dessert options. Rooms are too close to each other for such a nice hotel and you end up not being able to sit in your balcony as there is no privacy ( your hear your neighbors and they also do).

The staff could use some serious training when it comes to communicating with clients. Unprofessional and borderline rude, I’m glad I only stayed for one night and didn’t have to go through this longer.

The property itself is visually stunning and clearly represents a significant investment, but unfortunately, the guest experience falls far short of what one would expect at this level. There is a fundamental disconnect between the caliber of the asset and the operational execution. Miscommunication between teams, repeated unfulfilled promises, inconsistent service delivery, and at times, unprofessional staff behavior severely detracted from the stay. My voice was never heard, and despite repeated follow-ups, no action or meaningful response ever materialized.
This could serve as a textbook business case for asset owners: the operator you choose can make or break the success of even the most impressive development. Unlike my experiences with operators like Four Seasons or Anantara, where service excellence reinforces the investment, here the operating model and team composition appear underdeveloped and unprepared.
Until a serious rethink in staffing, training, and guest communication is implemented, I would not consider this property a viable option for discerning travelers. The value-for-money equation is currently nowhere near acceptable, and unless there’s visible improvement, I expect many guests will opt for more consistent and professional alternatives.

While I appreciate the courteous tone of the response and the stated intent to address the concerns offline, I must note that no one has reached out to me in the 3 weeks since the management response.
This, unfortunately, further illustrates the very issues I highlighted in my review, a pattern of miscommunication, unfulfilled commitments, and lack of proactive engagement with guests. My intention was never to seek a call or compensation, but rather to provide constructive feedback in the hope that it would be taken seriously and addressed.

I had a truly enjoyable stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, professional & accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile and ensure my needs were met.
The only downside I experienced during my stay was the slow service. While the staff were polite & well-intentioned, there were noticeable delays in response times, whether it was waiting for assistance, room service, or even at the restaurants. With a bit more efficiency & attention to timing, the overall guest experience could be significantly improved.

At night after 8 , were not allowed to walk around the pool area and beech to stretch legs after dinner and to enjoy breez and take pics. That was very annoying , they said due to security , its crazy , no one goibg to jump in pool when dressed up , can stop young children but not adults to around pool area .
I felt like stuck indoors in tge evening , i m used to go out for small walk .

We had a great experience throughout our stay. We enjoyed the pool, all four restaurants, breakfast, the spa, the lobby café, and the kids club—everything was fantastic. The suite and the view were absolutely incredible. We loved every part of it.

The beach has rocks from the construction work, the public circulation corridors are very narrow, breakfast is very spread out, with no central location for direct use, slow and out of date service to the outdoor pool, inexperienced employees, room on the marina side with no soundproofing from the outside, huge queues to access the parking lot, poorly structured to serve guests and passersby.

Every part of the property was incredible, there was nothing to fault. The staff were incredible, they paid attention to every detail to make you feel special and appreciated.
The breakfast was the best we have ever had, we will most certainly be back, no hotel in Dubai compares.
