The hotel itself is amazing. However I got very disappointed from my experience at the lounge LITT located in the hotel. The staff there was extremely rude specifically bartender.
Literally he pointed to the door when I wanted to keep my purse on the bar counter saying “if you don’t like the rule u can leave”. Apparently it is not allowed to keep bags on the bar which is non sense however I didn’t insist. I removed the bag immediately. There were hooks under however there was no available hook from my bag which I explained to the bartender. During the night the bartender was showing signs of irritation from me along with his senior. On top of that all the bartenders were having shots which was weird to do on the shift. I got very disappointed and the manager saw it however no apologies were given.
Other than that the hotel is lovely.

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again

I added an extra adult to the room paid for it with breakfast and i kept being asked to pay again because in other areas the system was not updating the change i have done

The property is beautifully designed with excellent facilities, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and luxurious.
The communication and approach of some staff members could be improved, as a few situations were handled in a way that felt uncomfortable and could have been more discreet.
