All of the staff were absolutely amazing—so friendly and genuinely made me feel really special. From the thoughtful personalised items I received to the welcome bottle of champagne, every detail made me feel like I could ask for anything. The team truly take the time to get to know you, which instantly makes you feel at home. The apartment itself was stunning, and I’m pretty sure I was upgraded—thank you so much for that! Waking up to stunning views made my trip unforgettable. Breakfast was 10/10 and housekeeping did a great job. I also loved having the choice between the main pool and the residence pool, and the complimentary buggy service was such a clever and convenient touch. Overall, it was an incredible stay, and I will most definitely be back!

Ottimo soggiorno in famiglia

Piscine, camera, servizio di pulizia in camera ottimo e attento a ogni piccolo dettaglio, lavatrice fondamentale per lunghi soggiorni con bambini.

Unico punto se si può dire negativo, Kids club a pagamento, in una struttura a 5 stelle che sia residence o hotel non mi è mai capitato in nessun paese nel quale ho viaggiato di dover pagare 150/200 dirham ogni 3 ore di Kids club oltre a dover pagare le varie attività altri 150 dirham ognuna. Ho viaggiato tanto, anche a Dubai frequento spesso altri hotel e il Kids club è aperto fino alle 22 e gratuito(fourSeasons). Per una famiglia con bambini per quanto spender soldi non sia un problema per un lungo soggiorno dover pagare ogni giorno dai 300 ai 500 dirham se non di più diventa esagerato per un servizio che solitamente é incluso ovunque. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Absolument fabuleux et super relaxant.

Tout mais essentiellement la gentillesse de tout le personnel avec une mention spéciale pour Carolina, Fatine, Camila, Anas, et Biruk, qui par leur gentillesse leur professionnalisme et leur dévouement ont fait de mon séjour un séjour inoubliable. Un grand merci à tout ce groupe de jeunes formidables.
