Our stay at The Palm was honestly such a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel has such a beautiful atmosphere, and the location made getting around Dubai incredibly convenient. I was travelling with the kids, and they absolutely loved it. There was something for everyone, and it was lovely to have a place where we could relax, enjoy ourselves and still have everything we needed close by. The breakfast was generous and enjoyable, and the overall service throughout our stay was excellent. One thing I particularly appreciated as someone travelling for both business and leisure was how convenient the hotel was for meeting business associates. Pick-ups and drop-offs were seamless, and it was very easy for people to reach us at the hotel. Most importantly, the staff were warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. They made us feel comfortable throughout our stay, and those little touches really made a difference. Overall, it was a fantastic family stay and a wonderful experience for both me and the kids. We left happy, relaxed and already talking about coming back. I would absolutely recommend The Palm to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable and convenient stay in Dubai!

Honestly, I’m struggling to think of anything I didn’t like about the property… except that eventually, we actually had to CHECK OUT! 😂❤️ That was probably the hardest part of the whole experience.

Staff were friendly, Thanks to Mr. Adam at the reception, he was very professional in dealing with us. I loved the breakfast. Hotel premises were clean and nice

Nothing measure

Great place, the room was so spacious and clean. We ordered an extra bed for my son, they provided it without additional cost. The food was excellent and the workers were nice and helpful.

One of the pools was closed so only one pool was available which made it a bit crowded.
