Very nice hotel with friendly staff and lovely areas for relaxation. Spacious room with excellent facilities.

Their buffet gets a bit boring and ordering the main meal causes a frustrating wait.

Excellent location, very clean building, modern and well-maintained facilities, and overall great infrastructure. The property is comfortable, organized, and visually appealing.

The restaurant service was disappointing. Despite paying for half board, dinner required an additional AED 800–900 per night, which was significantly more expensive than eating outside. Service was very slow (around 45 minutes), orders were sometimes forgotten, and when requesting something from the waiters, many did not return. The New Year’s Eve party was overpriced for the quality delivered: poor food, limited drinks (even though I did not drink alcohol), cold environment, and promised blankets to protect from the cold were never delivered.

The hotel absolutely gorgeous! You feel cared for from the moment you enter! They greet you at the entrance and help you carry your luggage to your room! Reception offers refreshments and caters to your every need! The reception area and elevator lobby are incredibly pleasantly scented! Upon entering your room, pleasant lighting and music are turned on, and a personalized greeting appears on the TV screen! The hotel is new and boasts a modern design! One of the best locations on the Palm: within walking distance of the beautiful Atlantis promenade, Aquapark, and the Helipad! Stunning views of Dubai's skyscrapers and Palm villas, a crystal-clear turquoise sea with a multitude of beautiful fish! In the evening, you can enjoy the drone show and fireworks at JBR from the hotel grounds. A gorgeous heated pool! Three pools: one for adults only, one for adults and children, and a third for toddlers. Children are supervised by lifeguards! There's a children's playroom with an entertainer, beach volleyball, basketball, badminton, billiards, and much more for guests to enjoy! Breakfast and dinner are served in the restaurant. There's a children's menu. Main courses are available à la carte, along with salads, fruit, and pastries, all served buffet-style! And the food is so beautifully presented—a work of art every time! I wish I could stay at the hotel for a month to try everything! We arrived during the run-up to Christmas and New Year's and watched the hotel transform, with its Christmas tree, garlands, baubles, and decorations! Everything sparkled and created a magical atmosphere! My son didn't want to leave, and we were determined to come back! Thanks to the hotel staff for such a wonderful vacation!

We forgot our swimsuit on a beach towel near the pool. That evening, the towel was put in the laundry basket along with our swimsuit. The next day, we contacted the hotel reception and the pool reception, but they told us the swimsuit hadn't been found because the towels were being taken to the laundry. We asked them to call the laundry service where they wash the towels so they could call us when they found it, but they never did.

Breakfast was great. Not a typical breakfast buffet, it is ordered from a menu and served fresh, with a variety of choices and a lovely selection of fresh bread. It was really great.

Honestly, the day and night entertainment was zero. That's really missing here. nothing to do, im used to at least some form of entertainment, but there was none, and it's boring at night. You have to go out, and everything is a 25-minute taxi, but I think that's normal for Dubai anyway. But if they had entertainment, it would be a 5/5. Another major issue was hotel prices for drinks and food. A can of Coke is £6 and beer was £12-13 per pint. Evening meal for two was around £100-£120.

I cannot fault the service of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was effortless. We want to thank all the staff, including Imran at breakfast, Vishak in the lobby, Chef Faisal, the security at the 18+ pool, Rinsad outside, the B&F support staff at breakfast, the girls in the kids room! I wish I knew all their names but thank you to the staff for making it an incredible first overseas trip for our family. The facilities were amazing for a young family and the food was beautiful at Bakalis!

Staff is really good and they are trying to solve all problems. Rooms are great for the family vacation.

Hotels policy is more suitable for vacation without kids, for adults, who drink a lot of alcohol. Atmosphere like in the night club. Family with kids feel like outsiders. Person, who drink a lot of alcohol, will feel here comfortable. Even the ice cream is sold on the adults zone. For kids there is a family pool, but toilets are only near the bar. Kids are allowed to go to this toilet and they can go through the bar, but they can’t stay in the pool near the bar. The shortest way to the toilet through the bar from the family pool is closed, there is a fence which divides this zones. People should go through the beach, but they also go through the bar to go to the toilet. Sunbeds in the family pool are not as good as in the adults pool. They are not the same as in the photos on the booking. Stuff do not allow to take to the beach our own packaged juice for kids. We always have to ask about the room cleaning and when they finally come, they don’t wash the floor and do not provide us with bottles of water. First to days we had not got hot water. We were at almost all hotels in the palm(and in the Dubai city) and we see conditions like this for the first time. We had 2 bookings, first for 2 days and second for 6 days. Each day living conditions went worse and worse. If we knew it we wouldn’t go here.

Food needs improving. The kids ended up leaving their food and didn't go back again. The adult food were not to standard neither. The food was bland and not merit a 5 star rating. The half board is very tricky. They put out a few pastry and call it 'starter'. And the menu had exorbitant prices for the 'good food' and they only give out basic free food for the half board. It's was shamefully embarrassing the way the menu was set up and we had to keep asking what is included and what is not. You only get water in the half board, not even fizzy drinks. the desert was also not worth looking at. On our first night, we were each given our food separately with about 15-30 mins apart. So each of us ended up eating separately even though we were on the same table as a family. Overall, good hotel, but Food is sadly a big failure.

The success of this hotel lies in its team, in its people. The staff was able to create an atmosphere of serenity and relaxation. Perfect cleanliness, very tasty cuisine, super location. Wonderful pool and beach. Everything is at the highest level. I dream of returning there again.

The room was super clean and spacious, breakfast was excellent and the staff amazing! The beach club of the hotel is perfect and we had the best time there. Certainly coming back!

My experience at this hotel was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The location is unbeatable The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with every comfort thoughtfully provided. Waking up to the stunning ocean view every morning was unforgettable. The dining options were incredible — from the rich breakfast buffet to the fine dining restaurants, every meal was a treat. The facilities were equally impressive: the pool area is gorgeous, the private beach is spotless and relaxing, and the spa is the perfect place to unwind. What really stood out was the level of service — professional, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to make the stay memorable.

Poor communication - sent a message on WhatsApp and via booking.com with no response Waited 3 hours at their lobby with a pregnant wife and child just to check in which was a terrible experience Paid extra to receive a room with a palm view but room was on the first floor and all we could see is the beach club building. Upon request to change rooms I was told I would get called but never was. Also no offer to upgrade especially given the check-in experience My wife and I were here in 2022 as a couple. We returned now with our son and expecting another child. We will probably never return again. The management here seems to be failing.

Everything was good starting from check in which eas very smooth tell the check out swimming pool was very good the water is cold which give advantage to the hotel the staff at swimming pool was very polite and cooperative,, the food was good dinner and breakfast thanks to resturant team, by result we injoed and definitely will come back.

The sea in front of hotel has to be limited /boarder to give more safe to the people not to be open to the sea.

The way staff deal with any inconvenience matter, with professionalism and respect. Both Ms. Jane and Mr. Ali were so helpful and friendly.

I suggest if possible working on expanding the pool. The atmosphere was amazing , but the size of the pool doesn’t even allow you to swim without banging into someone.

The service in this hotel is excellent. Merna at the reception guided us and assisted us perfectly well throughout our stay. The entire staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel facilities and amenities are perfectly clean and amusing. The valet service staff were friendly and quick. I definitely recommend the stay at Th8 and I thank them for having us!

I believe the breakfast cuisine could be more varied and inclusive of other culture cuisines. As well as the dinner, which included limited options and amount of orders allowed.

All Staff are amazing! Despite some issues in our room appliances, housekeepers are quick and acted fast and extended our late checkout which we appreciated. Kids Club is definitely a plus 😍 and quality breakfast!

Apartment appliances maintenance (coffee machine and remote control not working but has been replaced), washing machine water leakage, was flooded at dining area until living area but housekeeping dept acted fast and clean the mess. Last thing found a bug in our bed 😩

Beautiful interiors and layout, the rooms were very spacious. The breakfast is also very good. They have a beach and swimming pool which is really well maintained
