Great location and facilities, specifically the beach
Pool staff were a real disappointment. Inconsistent rules, unable to leave 8 and 10 year olds alone which was a big disappointment considering they strong swimmers, applied in pool and sea. Very much tainted the experience as we could not relax even when there were significant lifeguards. Seemed mostly interested in not getting sewed. Ruined what could of been best staycation in 15years.

The location was perfectly central while still feeling like an oasis away from the city. There was a consistent standard of high quality to every detail which we appreciated
My husband and I were celebrating a big anniversary and I made made special requests to the hotel to make arrangements to celebrate and request a late checkout, and nothing at all was done. It was honestly quite disappointing as I had received confirmation beforehand that they would make arrangements but maybe things got lost in communication

Breakfast is good but staff is quite slow
You can't use facilities of other hotels in the jumeirah hotel family, reducing massively the attractiveness of the hotel
