Definitely a Trip of a Lifetime Experience

The property is perfect. We loved our ocean view and the spaciousness of the room and bathroom. Staff was very accommodating and beyond helpful when my adult daughter had the flu. Each hotel offers something slightly different as far as kids, no kids etc. The food is amazing. And the Buggy service is a great way to get to anywhere on the property. We enjoyed the spa services and celebrating my birthday!

We loved the afternoon tea and the pianist. There are tennis courts and various pools to choose from. They have wild Peacocks walking about. All types of cuisine are offered at the various restaurants. You never have to leave the premises. There is a mall right next store. All hot spots to tour are easily accessible by car. Again, staff were amazing!

The location of the hotel is great,the beach is perfect. Room is very clean with everything you need inside. The breakfast is delucious and the food selection was huge. Everything is just perfect. I would especially like to praise the hotel service and the staff. The staff are always available to resolve any issue you may have, they are incredible.

The best sea and beach in Dubai.

The best sea and beach in Dubai. A sea without stones or shells. White sand. It is significantly different from the quality of water and sand in Dubai Marina (the water is murky).

The beach area has changed its ice cream supplier. Previously, it was the company Bianco. And it was very mediocre. In Italy, they would stop greeting you for such a gelato. And now it's even worse with the new supplier. In Italy, they would beat you with their feet for such ice cream. At least bring back Bianco.

The breakfast offering was fantastic and the beach was exceptional. The ability to use other group hotels and facilities was also a real bonus and Wild Wady was enjoyed by the whole family. The gym facilities also exceeded expectation.

There is nothing bad to say about this hotel. It was our 2nd time staying here and it lived up to our expectations. The staff go out of their way to assist your needs. The breakfast is outstanding. Location amazing. The rooms are out of this world - the linen and pillows are exceptional.

Everything was great. From Check-in to check-out the whole experience is great.

I had mentioned while checking in that it’s my husband’s birthday. While the team made effort to make it memorable. They had prepared a card with my last name … while this is a small detail yet it shows the level of attention the staff has towards its guest. Although they had each and everyone’s ID. Since the reservation was under my name. They assumed I have my husband’s name….Thought to mention it to avoid future mistakes.

Great hotel for families.

The breakfasts were delicious - a number of different cuisines to choose from, including good family friendly options. The room was very comfortable and the added extra touches for the kids were really welcome. Enjoyed the hotel access to Wild Wadi. The kids club was great, although we only used it once in the end. Great location for visiting lots of places nearby - easy access by car. Our stay was really enjoyable - would stay again and would definitely recommend for families.

No kids club available in the Mina Salam - only available in Al Qasr, a short buggy ride away. Wifi seemed to be an open access so not very secure. Several lifeguards around each pool, which seemed slightly excessive for the number of people swimming at the time. Limited pool activities for the kids - only one kid pool in the hotel next door.

Luxury exceeding expectations

Beautiful luxury hotel and the set up for family was unmatched. Between the axis to all the extended Jumeirah hotels and their amazing sprawling facilities to the nuanced gifts to our little one in the suite like her child sized slippers and the stuffy toy and puzzle and even her baby tooth brush and tooth paste and snacks. It was unbeatable and we are sure to return!

The AC in the room was not working properly and that affected our sleep and comfort levels

Exceptional in every way.

This property was exceptional in every way. Every small detail has been thought out and I would say that the staff are this hotels best asset. Without exception they were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. The men looking after us at the beach were incredible, I would like to single out Razzak, he was attentive, courteous and very friendly, all are a credit to this hotel.

One of the rop 3 hotels in the country

A world class resort with amazing facilities. Location is ideal. A lot of f and b outlets to choose from. Only negative was the dinner buffet which is part of the half board package. All staff were so knowledgeable on their role and what was needed and where everything was which is rare nowadays so hats off to the operational team

Excellent, Jumeriah and Dubai rarely disappoint

Hotel cleanliness and fabulous staff were a standout. It’s been refurbished since we last stayed . Room and balcony weee outstanding. Great location and proximity to the Souk Madinat are real advantage.

Not being able to use main pool area as we weren’t executive club members. This has just changed recently and I was not aware when I made the booking. I feel this is unnecessary especially as it could use the pool in the other , neighbouring Jumeriah hotels.

It was a fantastic family stay, breakfast is nothing but spectacular!

It’s a big property that is a resort feel. Very comfortable and spacious. Super friendly staff and very helpful.

Beach clubs like Summersalt wanted a minimum spend just on walk in basis for a drink, found that was the necessary. Shimmers Restaurant would not accept us in for a casual drink around 5.30pm where it was relatively quiet as they obviously wanted to have a minimum spend on food but would not say it. We got turned away from numerous locations on the site when not ordering food just wanted a drink.
