Amazing room, view, the best breakfast ever. They held our bags the last day because our flight was t until late. They provided changing room and shower too. I will definitely be back!! Loved it

Our experience was absolutely impeccable. The hotel is extremely well organized, beautifully maintained, and attentive to every detail. Everything is thoughtfully done and delivered with great care. The service is truly 10 out of 10 — from reception to room service, which worked flawlessly. The beach service deserves special mention: attentive, efficient, and always delivered with warmth and professionalism. The food was excellent, very flavorful, and beautifully presented throughout our stay. Mobility within the complex is another highlight. Moving from one area to another is easy and seamless, with constant support from the buggy transportation and a team that is always available and eager to help. What stands out the most is the genuine commitment of the entire staff to providing an exceptional experience — from the beach and restaurants to the hotel team and internal transportation. Everyone consistently delivers excellence with kindness and grace. It was a truly surprising and delightful two-day stay, one that made us feel comfortable, well cared for, and completely at ease. We have nothing but praise for the hotel’s structure and service standards. A memorable experience that we highly recommend and would certainly love to repeat.

Poor stay. Poor communication. They did eventually get in touch after responding to The Jumeirah survey, after almost immediately replying I have had no response for a further 3-4 days. My child got bitten by bugs, after finally getting the room changed (waited half a day) they loved us to a room pretty much near a bar/club. A room that was definitely not suitable for a family, with music going late in to the night.

That’s the second year we are staying at Madinat Jumeirah. It’s an absolutely amazing spot to relax. The Palace lounge is top notch. The staff is amazing and attentive. Highly recommended.

Check-in lengthy, taken to wrong check-in area which i questioned as have been several times before. Club Lounge no longer serves champagne and wouldn't even provide at a supplement/full payment. Pool in a very bad condition with several people getting cuts from missing tiles. Far too many families reserving sub loungers early morning and only appearing around lunch-time, years ago this was not allowed and i urge the hotel to adapt this principle again.

Wow!! This hotel is amazing, ALL the staff are great, they are the most professional and polished customer service orientated hotel staff we have ever come across. We could not speak highly enough of them. Our room, an Ocean Terrace was wonderful, the grounds are beautiful, a choice of pools and restaurants also.

From the moment we arrived at Al Qasr, the hospitality was second to none. Letizia went above and beyond for my daughter, taking the time to cater to all her needs and allergies with such care and attention. Every evening, she would come to check in on us, making sure my daughter felt special and comfortable. She surprised her with balloons, a special cake, chocolates, and fresh fruit in the room – such a thoughtful gesture. She even took the time to do my daughter’s hair, which absolutely made her day! Letizia’s kindness and warmth turned our stay into a truly unforgettable experience. We are so grateful and will definitely return.

I have stayed in almost all top five star hotels in Dubai. But this hotel was not worth. The hotel though is a palace but lot of issue re air conditioning. We changed the room but still had to sleep with the help of fan. The hotel is old and even the senior staff managers were unable to resolve the issues. Will avoid this property

the resort is exceptional , with lots of unique features , looks like the traditional Arabian palace in the desert oasis with the peacocks walking on the property . The view of Bur al Arab is spectacular . Rooms are spacious with the comfortable beds . It really feels peaceful walking on the property . The staff are really friendly and attentive , especially Mary .Every day she made our the breakfast so special and on July 4 , my son's birthday, she threw a surprise birthday party , that made our experience at the resort unforgettable

As big, grand and fancy as the Jumeirah Al Qasr is...we felt like we were guests at a friend's residence. The level of comfort and luxury are top notch. Everything you need is in the hotel or a steps away (shopping, beach, salon, spa, restaurants). Jumeirah Al Qasr was everything amazing. We will definitely return to Dubai...just to stay here again.

From the moment you arrive the staff make every effort to make your stay a special one. We stayed in a club room, which gave us the Palace Lounge facility. Special thanks to William, Cathy, Anita & Ferdous who did everything they could to enhance our stay. Also a thank you to Jasim at the pool who continuously worked so hard in looking after each and every guest. The choice of restaurants not only in this hotel but also the other Jumeirah hotels are second to none, catering for everyone’s taste and budget. Jumeirah keep doing what you do so well! I’ll preface this review by saying that I’ve stayed at some of the best resorts / hotels in the world. Jumeirah al Qasr is special. The hotel is part of a larger resort / mini city called Madinat Jumeirah which , though massive, is easily accessible through free golf cart buggies and incredible Venice-esque gondolas. The grounds are meticulously maintained; the architecture and design of the hotel has aged well due to avoiding trends and focusing on the culture of the region. My wife and I unfortunately were only able to stay for four days but we will certainly be back (hopefully for a week) with our two children who we can’t wait to explore the resort with. The service is almost over-the-top if not for the genuine nature of everyone we encountered. We missed this resort the moment we had to leave.
