Everything was just perfect! I hand stayed here 5 times and it’s always consistent with first class service , etiquette! All staff I interacted with were just amazing !

We had a wonderful stay. We dined in many of the restaurants and the food, ambience and service was excellent. We were very well looked after by the butler in our villa and the staff from front reception to pool were kind, friendly and helpful.

The location and resort are beautiful

This was our third stay at this truly outstanding hotel, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we loved every single minute. The level of customer service is simply exceptional – every member of staff goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. A very special mention goes to Jasim, who looked after us so well by the pool every day – always attentive, kind, and thoughtful. Simo, our waiter at Al Nafoorah, was wonderful, providing warm and professional service that made our dining experience even more memorable. And Elif at The French Promenade was an absolute delight – friendly, attentive, and a real credit to the team. The food across the resort is another standout feature – absolutely faultless. We enjoyed exceptional meals at Pierchic, The French Promenade, Al Nafoorah, and The Hide – each one was a real treat. The little Abra boats are still a favourite part of the experience – there’s something so magical about gliding through the water to reach your destination in the resort. A huge thank you as well to the butler service, both in the villas and through the e-butler app – so efficient and always one step ahead. I really can’t stress enough how amazing this hotel is. After three stays, it just keeps getting better, and I’m looking forward to returning with my daughter in August as a birthday treat!

Great location, exceptional staff, variety of activities.

Happy hour should go back to 6-8 as it used to be. All guests staying at DAM have the same issue. Only specific to this location on resort. Adults want a later time as this is a great social time for others staying in the villa.

I liked everything there i felt like am home the staff was so good that there's no word can describe the staff and location and so much more I just wished I never left. It is the best jumerah hotel and I will be coming back to it very soon

Nothing every thing was perfect

We really enjoyed our stay at Dar Almasyaf. The staff were amazing and so friendly especially with kids. The beach was one of the best, we couldn’t get enough swimming there the water was so clear and clean. The small swimming pools near the accommodations were amazing, clean and the life guards very helpful as well as the food there was delicious. The room was nice, we extremely liked the huge, luxurious bathroom

The room wasn’t that clean as we expected from a 5-star hotel. The main swimming pool wasn’t clean and the floor needs maintenance

It was an exceptionally perfect experience to stay here. Butler service was more than helpful! Hotel area is huge, so all the compliments ( snack, cocktails, wine) served right in villa was a bless of god in this hot season. Buggy service was fast and friendly and arba service was a real fun and amused us many times. Breakfast in main restaurant was delicious and quite diverse. Comparing with others in Dubai - better than One and Only, than burj al arab, Marsa al arab or Jumeirah beach

Everything was super amazing , very friendly and polite staff , the design of the villas was breathtaking also liked the idea of happy hours , definitely will come back again

the location is amazing. you have access to all the hotels with plenty options for beaches, swimming pools, restaurants. the room on the lagoon was very quiet and the idea of the aperitif at the majilis was lovely. I really liked the buttler via whatapps.

In Jumeirah hotels you have plenty of staff but the level of training is quite poor : they do not understand, forget what they were supposed to do. For that level of hotel you could expect more qualified hotel and restaurant staff. All restaurants are extremely pricey ( not worth for money).

Loved the Palm Lagoon houses where there are only 9 rooms, Happy hour in the courtyard. The canal with boats connecting everything makes you feel being in a little Venezia.

Service was amazing - especially our butlers Ashis and Hamza. They were both so helpful and Ashis in particular always went the extra mile!

Amazing , beautiful gardens in the middle of desert . Very clean room, good service . Perfect work of resection and specially Mr. Kiran . I book first just 1 day in case I don’t like the facility and after decide to extend for 2 more days . All process went very nice . Our room was upgraded and the service we received was very good. Thank you

There is nothing we dislike about the DAM, we hope the very highest of service is maintained in keeping with the perfect setting.

As always this is my 2nd home in town! The most friendly employees in the world, clean rooms and the feeling you’re family! After 15 years several times per year, these hotel is family to me and to many clients of my company. Amazing restaurants, Best Spa in the World, Clean and spacious beach, Breakfast best in the world and the local atmosphere you expect when you’re in the Middle East!

we loved every single detail about Al Masyaf. spacious rooms,beautiful surrounding,beach and pools.Very helpfull hoat for all your needs. Lots of restaurants near by but bit pricy. This is the only hotel we’ll return in Dubai.
