Great breakfast. Location a little out of the way

The location is great. Beach and pool are nice. We were warmly welcomed. Room service was fast. The breakfast was very nice.

The room was located in front of a construction site and it was noisy. I didn't really like that you can see other balconies and people there, it lacks privacy.

Very happy with all and with particular attention to Fawad who looked after us at breakfast time and during our lunch in the Grill. First class customer service. All good thank you Fawad.

The set up at CCentral Hotel is bang on point 😎 from the cool tree and knights armour in reception, out to the amazing pool, pool bar area dropping on to the spotless private beach 🏖️ only surpassed by the sensational stylish roof terrace giving you fantastic views back across the Palm towards the marina and out towards the Atlantis hotels where you will get to experience unsurpassed breathtaking sunset 🌅

LOVED this hotel. It totally exceeded our expectations. The photos of the pool/ beach Online don’t serve it justice. The pool and beach were amazing!! Honestly we will be visiting again. The staff REALLY HELPFUL AND friendly! Great location. Great cocktails. Great room Service. Amazing couldn’t fault it at all.

We loved this place since the first beginning! The most friendly check-in ever. They did the best for early check-in. All inclusive was just perfect. Rooms are nice and big enough. Swimming pool, beach, beach bar are nice. Water sports located just in front of the beach are super - we did jet ski and flyboard. Gym is OK for basic exercises. Hotel is clean and well maintained. We were afraid about nearby constructions but it absolutely did not affect our stay. We were really happy in this hotel.

The staff are great, nothing is to much trouble. I’ve returned many times and will continue to do so. Great value.

I don’t like the coffee shop. Coffee is to strong and not served hot enough, it should also sell pastries / cakes just for that afternoon snack.

Smaller hotel. Cozy and personal. Great for relaxation. Little gem away from Palm hasle which is lovely. Staff is superb and the receptionist went extra mile for us. Breakfast was really good.

We’ve stayed at this hotel three times already — and every single time has been absolutely amazing! For the last two visits, we chose the all-inclusive option, and it’s totally worth it — lunches and dinners feel like dining in high-end restaurants. All the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. I’d especially like to mention the wonderful team at the pool bar — Suvesh, Sijo, Vesh, Eric, and Aung. They’re always smiling, attentive, and somehow know what we want even before we order. The restaurant staff are just as lovely — we didn’t interact with them as much, so unfortunately I didn’t catch their names. Special thanks to the wonderful Eddy! For three years in a row, he’s made our stay truly magical. His warm smile, kindness, and readiness to help with anything — often before we even ask — make us feel genuinely cared for. It looks like we’ve started a family tradition — coming back once a year to our favourite C Central Hotel.

The hotel is 5 star and is very nice, if you're planning on a romantic getaway note that this hotel has a lot of families so there are children, which depending on what experience you want, can be a good or a bad thing. Staff were exeptional.

Sun loungers and towels are a bit dated. There are 5 Bali beds which were quite expensive for 4 hours Not everything was included in AI. We did know the rooftop bar wasn’t included and the Grill restaurant. Didn’t expect the alcoholic drinks to be limited.

The location, the staff at the reception, their English level (sometimes it was really difficult to understand what they were talking about), the roof top bar had the sauces delivered warm .. means, no fridges at the bar?? The surroundings are not good to welcome you for a relax staycation....

Second time in C central with my son. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I was upgraded last year when I asked for a room with balcony. This year i had to pay an extra because I thought I booked a room with view and balcony. I understand . The hotel is perfect for families with kids or teens the private beach is amazing. It’s located in quite area and also close to attractions like atlantis ect.

I regret not booking the half board or AI option because when you decide to do it at the hotel the cost is very high compared with booking as i am genius 3. This resort is our family spot for the summer just perfect for the kids

The tacky gym and outdated jacuzzi

The facilities are beautiful and the staff is so friendly and helpful

The swimming pool is beautiful and clean however it closes early at 19:00 whereas it's still hot around that time

The food was second to none. Usually in the all-inclusive hotels, you get some mediocre options. However not here. The choice is small, but the quality of food and the taste was amazing. The drinks were all branded, none of the local nonsense. The bartenders made all cocktails and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The gaps in between food service. We arrived at just after 5pm, and the lunch/snacks time was over. As we only had breakfast on the day before, it was a long wait until dinner at 7pm. I would suggest keeping some options available for checkins and arrivals, just in case.

Starting from reception, Loki was one of the finest host i have met lately. He made sure to make me comfortable with family stay. Rooms were super comfy but small for family with a toddler

Size of room was very small specially when u r traveling with a toddler. Doors were very noisy, the noise of door closing was very loud and was a major reason of my discomfort sleep. The bedside sockets needs to b updated so we can have built in C type charger.

The owners of this beautiful resort should be so proud of their staff. I am a portfolio landlord with businesses that include hospitality, too. From the UK, I have travelled the world and stayed in great hotels all the time. I have never met so many nice people. Azreem, the manager, is such an amazing, friendly, and professional gentleman. Always approached us with a smile. The bar staff here, Victoria, Jerico, Harshita, Amir and Sewe, always served us with a smile, and we had great conversations with them. These guys were incredible at representing this hotel's amazing brand. Avishek, a young lad, will do so well in life. Was nice to see someone smiling all the time. Food portions are huge. Lots of variety. Private beach with a long length pool. Beautiful views of palm, JBR and Marina on one side and the sea (Arabian Gulf) on the other. The kitchen staff again were so welcoming, especially Ilham, she made us feel so comfortable. Chef Tausif, along with his team, does a superb job, creating mind-blowing recipes and simply making each dish into art. Dear owners, you are lucky to have such gems. Will definitely be coming back to this place.
