Loved the stay so much. Proximity to everything was easy. NO car needed. The kids enjoyed the pool.

The Location was perfect. We were connected directly to The Dubai Mall. We did the Dubai Fountain Show and Abra Lake Ride. After this close and spectacular performance , we went and watched again on our Apartment on the 29th Floor. Breath Taking. We were very well looked after by Suitestay. Shady and Team met us at reception on arrival , personally helped my Son to get to the Apartment when he got Totally lost navigating Dubai Traffic. Nothing was too much of a problem for them. Highly recommended !!!! Thank You Suitestay.

We did battle sending a parcel via Careem. Reception wouldn't take responsibility for it to hand over to Careem. Careem Driver was not allowed in building so I had to meet him outside to handover.

Superb location and view from the balcony. Service was immediate and excellent. All communications were through the WhatsApp with no delay. Thank you.

The air conditioning in the bedroom was not functioning properly (temperature was not changing from freezing cold). We had to keep it switched off for most of the time. I hope A/Cs switch was fixed when we vacated the room.

probably more an issue because i reached late (midnight), but it was a bit difficult to find the hotel, as the dubai mall staff didnt know the name "Fashion Mall Dubai". however i called the staff on the provided number and they guided me.

A terrible and unacceptable stay — the room was dirty, smelly, nothing like the photos, and I couldn’t stay for even fiv

Very, very, very bad , Honestly, nothing. The reality of the property was completely different from the photos shown online.

My experience was extremely disappointing. The room had a very bad and disturbing smell, the place was dirty, and the bathroom was broken, unclean, and in terrible condition. The room felt filthy and unpleasant, and nothing matched the images shown on the website. I arrived around 11:00, stayed less than five minutes, and I could not tolerate staying in such conditions. Despite this, the property refused to refund my money, even though I did not use the room at all. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

False advertising — this is not a real hotel

I didn't like anything

Completely misleading listing! This place is not a real hotel as advertised — it’s a residential apartment managed by a third-party holiday home company. The room was dirty, with pistachio shells on the floor and filthy toilets. It felt unhygienic and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. We refused to check in and immediately booked an actual hotel in the same building (Kempinski). Despite not staying there, they refused to refund us. This is a clear case of false advertising, and Booking.com should review this listing urgently.

Disappointed, dirty room, not worth the money

The room was very dirty and everything was old. Bathroom was very dirty they don’t clean well at all just a quick wipe over but all the dirt and grime from previous occupants still lingering. Difficult to reach staff for room service/ replenish water in the rooms. I was shocked at how bad the room was considering the price and location and the lobby area and facilities outside are beautiful the room is such a let down. I wouldn’t stay here again for the same price I could stay in a beautiful 5* hotel and full amenities

Not recommend!

Property is extremely badly maintained. Staff was sleeping when I arrived. Rooms are very old, not well kept and unclean. Safes are not working properly. There is no front desk so when my room key decided to stop working I had to wait 15mins for someone to bring a new key.
