Incredible Hotel.

Everything about this hotel shouts out pure class. From the cleanliness,service,food and organisation. This is my fourth stay and it never ever disappoints. Every member of staff just can’t do enough to make your stay as stress free and perfect as they possibly can. This is like our second home and quite frankly we find it difficult to want to go anywhere else as nothing else quite compares. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the best experience of a stay in Dubai. We have been travelling to Dubai nearly every year but this was a special experience for our family.

The property is lovely & very comfortable with a selection of eateries & facilities to cater for all choices. I would certainly visit again. Whilst the hotel generally is more impersonal than other places I’ve stayed at (you could feel like just another guest) Lara from Guest Services and Abekah on the Buggy Station were brilliant and brought their own brilliant personal touches, which were very much appreciated & well received. The concierge outside, helping us to hail cabs, was also very welcoming and made a point of remembering faces. For me, the personal touch is important in a hotel of this standard. Housekeeping was a big let down though: - didn’t attend to broken fridge on day 1 or throughout my stay, until I made a huge fuss (turns out it was just switched off from inside) - didn’t replace used glasses in the room despite me asking multiple times - didn’t sweep the balcony which had dust / dirt from day 1 - inconsistent; some days left amenities & swept floor, some days didn’t For full disclosure, I was offered the opportunity to feed back my expectations of housekeeping to the housekeeping manager, which I declined on the basis that I don’t feel these are extraordinary asks. The hotel also wiped my bill of a ~$20 drinks charge on hearing about my concerns. However it’s less about that &!more about setting a standard at this price point. Therefore my ratings are provided in the context of what I expect from a luxury 5* hotel. In this case, I’d expect more.

Jumeirah Al Naseem is beyond exceptional. I would give it a 20 star rating if i could. During this trip, I also stayed at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray which was perfect and Jumeirah Saadiyat Island which was very modern and had amazing facilities, but Jumeirah Al Naseem combines all the best points of these two hotels and multiplies it. The room was amazing, the facilities exceptional, and the staff made all the difference and were well beyond incredible especially Davies the guest services manager and Elina at the front desk who went out of their way to make our stay perfect on a daily basis. It was like being with family. Esther and Mohammed at the Palmery were diligent and hardworking as was Ojijio at the main entrance and all the team at Kids club. I won't stay anywhere else in Dubai now. Wild Wadi has also vastly improved since my last visit several years ago.

First Impressions & Service The grand entrance sets the tone for what’s to come—warm, personalized service that makes you feel like royalty. The staff went above and beyond at every turn, from the seamless check-in to the thoughtful little touches throughout my stay. Special mention to **Ahmed at the concierge, who arranged the most incredible desert safari experience for us! Luxurious Accommodations My deluxe Room was nothing short of spectacular spacious, beautifully designed, and offering breathtaking views of the Burj Al Arab and the turquoise waters of the Arabian Gulf. The plush bed, lavish bathroom (with a rainforest shower and luxurious amenities), and private balcony made it a true retreat. Dining Excellence The culinary journey at Al Naseem was unforgettable. Rockfish: A must visit for seafood lovers the grilled octopus and sea bass were divine, and the sunset views were magical. KAYTO: The Peruvian Japanese fusion dishes were a delight, especially the black cod miso and truffle tiradito. As soon as we entered the hotel, we unfortunately had a problem with Catherine at the reception and she demoralized the hotel that we came to with great enthusiasm. She drove us crazy by giving the same answers to our requests as if she were a computer or a virtual representative. In addition, although the hotel called us the day before to confirm what time we would arrive, our room was not ready when we arrived. Since you want us to call and confirm by phone, I don't understand why the room was still not ready when we arrived. In addition, I think the hotel staff is unhappy and uninterested. The room comfort was nice, but all the chocolates brought to the room had ants in them! Sloppy! Only the restaurants of the hotel were nice, that's all.

We have been loyal guests for years, with Long stays multiple times per year. During our last visit (November 2024) we were extremely disappointed and won‘t return anytime soon. The amenities are simply dated at this point. We had to move our room multiple times. There were plenty of damages in the rooms and they were not properly cleaned either. We Even had hair on the bed in our first room! The hotel used to be a peaceful oasis, now there are multiple restaurants & bars that play loud music at night. The staff had no clue were exactly the music came from or how long it would go, which is another no-go! The music ran until 1 AM by the way! The beds/ matresses were super old and laid through - in all three rooms as well. We left the hotel with back pain. When we checked in, nobody remembered us or greeted us accordingly, despite staying at the hotel, like they used to, despite this being our 7th stay in 3 years. Also important to mention: we had constant issues with wifi in the rooms. The wifi was so bad, we could not even stream a YT video. We sincerely hope that the hotel can return to it’s old glory with some much needed renovations, updates and upgrades and that the management will overthink their new „party crowd“ approach. The current price point is absolutely not justified.

AL Naseem was an absolute dream! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! I had emailed the hotel prior to arrival regarding our flight times change, the team welcomed us so warmly at such early hours accommodated our every need and made sure room was ready for us to stay! I was absolutely blown away from start to finish nothing was too much going above and beyond the pool staff were so friendly always smiling and making us feel so special especially Loyd, I would recommend this hotel to every family and look forward to staying at Al Naseem again!

I had a problem occur from the hotel during my stay at the Naseem, however thankfully Sheila was amazing as she helped me calm down and enjoy the rest of my stay at the hotel. She offerered us flowers and desserts which was very thoughtful since I was upset with what had happened. The manager also was very nice when she spoke to us which made up for what happened. I thank them both very much for making my stay at Jumeirah Al Naseem better than what it was.
