Lovely room, nice facilities, incredibly hospitable staff

Incredibly expensive food on the resort, hidden charges for local taxes and incidentals that booking.com did not display.

Excellent resort for families. Exceptional service and staff specially at the kids club. They are so happy to work there and assist in every way. The facilities including the restaurants are on another level. The E-butler service is very helpful and convenient throughout the stay.

Nothing everything was perfect

Excellent food, great location, part of a complex with great options. Staff and service were excellent, Gervase at the front was excellent, as was Antonia in the lounge and Sara in breakfast. Actual room was excellent too.

Very spread out in the hotel so be prepared to walk, nitpicking here really

Jumeirah’s beach is what preferable for me in Dubai

The reception staff were unprofessional and they lie in the face. The rooms are not soundproof. The reception staff treat Arabs way different than people coming from abroad. This is my 2nd stay and the experience dropped in strange way. There was huge number of ants in the mini bar of the 1st room. Good point they kinda compensated me when I complained. I had to wait for 3 hours for them to act. I hope someone consider looking at the overall experience and get it back to what we used to have before. Thanks

The service was exceptional: from the staff who handled our luggage and got taxies, to the reception desk stuff (Al-Christy was amazing), to the room attendants. The service was wonderful. The beach was good, clean, nice sand, a lot of chairs. the staff would bring towels and filtered water to the beach chairs. The ocean entry was a but shallow at first, but it was still very good, the water was clean and we could see fish in the water. Food at breakfast and dinner was very tasty and well presented, great variety of different cuisines. The hotel is beautifully decorated and feels welcoming and relaxing. We enjoyed our room and the balcony. The bathroom was exceptional. There was also filtered water in the room and tea/coffee facilities included.

We paid for half-board package and were told that drinks (any drinks, including plain water) are not included with dinner. I did not see a single place in the restaurant where the prices for drinks were posted. Customers should be given the courtesy of the menu with the prices listed. Based on the bills, a bottle of water would be around 40 AED or over 10USD. This policy of squeezing money for drinks has cheapened the otherwise luxury resort experience we had. The policy was even more surprising as the plain filtered water was in abundance in other places in the hotel: hotel room, reception, the beach.

The rooms are lovely, bed is comfortable, but the staff are exceptional… WOW, they are all sooo accommodating and the attention to detail is impeccable!!!!

The pull out sofa was not comfortable at all, breakfast gets busy and If the palmery is too full they send you to the other restaurant. Dinner is also hard if you don’t want buffet everywhere else you need a reservation. We had airport transfer, for some reason when were picked up at the airport we had 2 vans, one for us and 1 one for our luggage. WT Upon leaving hotel again we had 2 vans and at checkout I checked the bill and they charged me for 2 that I didn’t request 1400AED each way. However this was quickly resolved and I only paid 700 AED each way

I like that the property has it’s own private beach with a view of the iconic Burj Al Arab, the staff here are very friendly and attentive, the beach is looked after ver well too, extremely family friendly. The restaurants at the facility were the highlight of my stay, Kayto 8/10 the in house japenese restaurant serves a limited but delicious menu, i recommend the drinks, Al Mandhar Lounge 10/10 provides breakfast and all day desserts and coffee in a beautiful setting and Sugarmash 9/10 all day pool side dining and drinks!

The whole resort felt very cramped, busy and overwhelming, it was a bit like staying at a theme park. If you want a luxury experience AVOID. Due to it being that busy, the service was almost non existent, at other hotels around the world you are greeted at the door and your suitcases taken in, the minimum to expect from a 5 star hotel, here we pulled our suitcases into the lobby ourselves and no one acknowledged our arrival at all till we asked where you could check in and a stuck up male receptionist reluctantly checked us in. The decor was outdated and did not feel like true luxury, the toiletries were low quality and bed was not comfortable at all. I stayed at 3 different hotels on this visit, in order to compare, first was a heritage hotel, second modern city luxury and Al Naseem was supposed to be beach luxury, (best till last) but it was no where near luxury. It was just an overpriced mediocre hotel that is profiting off its location. I really wish I stayed here first, because my other 2 bookings were definitely better and my trip would have ended nicely. Service needs improving, amount of traffic in the lobby from non guests needs managing and room interior needs updating.

The location and facilities are very good

They charge exuberant amount of money for food and drinks. Water is like 30$ per bottle… Also tax is not included in the price shown in the booking , which comes to 20% on top of the booking. For the price they charge, they could have made food prices lower

I had problems with the reservation counter. They made a big mistake when I wanted to check in and check out about the deposit.
