Booked an accessible room, upon arrival told there isn't one available. Had to wait 2hours with a 4 & 6 yr old to get into our room at 9pm. Staff did there best but were slow at sorting the issue out.

Very tired looking room which needed repainting. Chipped drinking glass. Bed very comfortable and the heating/air conditioning worked really well. Close to Stirling City Centre and an excellent location for touring around the area. Food in the restaurant was satisfactory but served on chipped plates. Service excellent.

Overnight stay before attending a family function. Good accommodation although the hotel is a little 'tired'. Plenty of EV charging points in the hotel car park and at the nearby Stirling Park n Ride hub. 👍

My family and I enjoyed our one night stay and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were fine and having the pub on the same site was useful as we had had a long drive up. Our only criticism was that at breakfast in the pub , my daughter was charged £1.50 for two mushrooms as an extra on her beans on toast- when queried, we were told it was 75p per mushroom. We had not been told this at the time of ordering and felt we should have been made aware of this as it would have been cheaper for her to have the full breakfast instead.

Terrible smell from the bathroom. I asked the lady the next day to make sure she sprays some kind of deodorant so I can spend more than a few minutes having a shower in the bathroom. Nope, it’s the same smell Maybe the sewage is backed up I don’t know

Our actual room was across the parking lot, in another building. The bar and restaurant offered great food, beverages and good service. This is a great hotel with a ample amount of hot and cold breakfast items, but the actual quest room was minimal, e.g., the twin beds were very small by US standards, no extra amenities, just the basics.

Stayed there a few years ago and found it 100% But this time room was the same no problem But found it to Be very under staffed in the bar area / food serving we had a complaints about food no body was really intrested as we ordered fish chips and peas only to find the peas were over done not fit to eat and only a teaspoon of them the only thing the staff said was it’s portion control……. Then walked off !!!!!! With no interest at all , so won’t be stoping again .

When working in the area I try to stay here. Well situated for access to the tourists sight in area. It is always clean, comfy bed and staff are great.

Property is well situated, not in the city centre, but close enough that it was a quick drive into the main attractions. Plenty of parking for cars and right in front of the accommodation. Restaurant had nice food and drinks. Our room was very hot, but was resolved quickly when we realised the air-conditioning was not working. Rooms were neat and tidy, however I noticed the walls were all quite dirty. Not just scuffs, but finger prints, and crumbs of food. I think it will benefit the overall look with a scrub down. There was a microwave in a kitchen, but we were denied being able to use this. Disappointing, its there, theres no harm in being able to access this. If you need to heat baby bottles, they might make an exception? We were directed to go to the petrol station accross the rd. Check in was easy, but firm on time. We arrived at approx. 245-250pm-ish but advised check-in is at 3pm. I later saw that you can pay for an early check-in, which explains the firm set time. No lifts in the accommodation building, so you will need to carry your bags upstairs. Ensure you communicate if you have accessibility issues when booking. Staff were all lovely, especially the young guy running the morning breakfast rush.

The bedrooms were excellent, clean tidy and plenty drinking facilities etc. however the electric kettle was not working properly, I did report this however the issue was not addressed.
