The breakfast was excellent! The room was spacious and clean. The staff were welcoming. Location is perfect for castle and town (and entrance to the highlands!). Selection at the bar is vast! Great shower.
We didn't realise you had to pay another company separately for parking (£10 overnight). The view from our window was of the fire escape and the bins. Those are the only things.

Good location. Room very comfortable bathroom was amazing. Didn’t have breakfast. Wetherspoons literally at bottom of road. Next to good pubs and restaurants
Nothing comes to mind apart from parking right outside door is privately owned and had to pay £18 for 48 hours to private company

The hotel looks great from outside and the bar/resturant looked lovely. The staff were friendly and polite and the room was a good size.
The room generally looked quite run down and in need of work. The carpet was badly worn in places, the television remote didn't work properly, there were stains on the walls, the bathroom tiles were cracked, the silicone round the bath and flooring was cracked, the paint was peeling off the ceiling and the shower was leaking which squirted onto the ceiling.
