Everything was amazing.. they had no issues with our dog who wasnt feeling well when she came for a visit. It was amazingly clean. I was quite impressed.
The rooms air was so dry. I dont know why. We had the heating off.. but during the night we felt that it was almost unbearable at times. And i dont know what could have changed it. We had the window open, the fan going throughout the night. But it felt like i needed a humidifier just to make it work.

The size of the suite was great for our family, especially liked the bathroom with the bath and the cosy area of the bed for our child. The selection of breakfast was great, and the staff went above and beyond our expectations, providing the best experience for us. We would choose this luxury place again for our stay.

Comfortable and well maintained, quiet room. Nice bathroom.
Paid for the overnight parking (£10), then realised I could have parked in the street as few restrictions outside business hours. Although the hotel tries hard to be 'high tech', information unclear on its website and app.

Always liked staying at the Colessio - great location and the staff are always super friendly and helpful
It’s a shame and I’m hoping just an unfortunate situation- there was no remote in the room and when I got one it wouldn’t switch the TV off. The shower was as hot as lace and there was no way to cool it down. It rained in the night and there must have been a blocked or broken drainpipe as it sounded like I was behind a waterfall. The pillows weren’t comfortable and I woke with a really bad back. Such a shame as I do like this hotel
