Stopover

On arrival we was met at the door by Kevin who was really friendly and personable. The house, bedrooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean. I had a room with a super king bed which was incredibly comfortable. I had a great night's sleep in part due to the bed but also the position of the property set in a sleepy village down a country lane making it really quiet but only minutes from the Bridge of Alan town with bars and restaurants. There is also a quaint pub minutes walk from the property ideally.located. Breakfast was cooked to order and enjoyable. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this property and Kevin and Kay were perfect hosts. Thankyou for an enjoyable stay.

Delightful stay

Kevin and Kim have a lovely, modern B&B in a very peaceful location. Our room and ensuite were clean, comfortable and warm despite the low temperatures outdoors. It was nice to chat with them, they are very friendly folk. Breakfast was good as well, with cooked options ordered the evening before. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Springfield Lodge!

Perfect stay

Faultless stay in a wonderful family run B&B. Kevin and Kim were the friendliest hosts we've ever encountered . Room was spotless, bright and airy with a fabulous view of Wallace monument . Breakfast was delicious ,freshly cooked to your specifications and plenty of choice . Kevin and Kim had a wealth of local knowledge and were more than happy to give advice on tourists attractions and transport links . So lovely to have such a personal touch . Will definitely return .

Incredible stay for a weekend in Stirling!

Perfect Location and wonderful hosts.

So quiet but so close to everything. Great large rooms, bathroom and beds. We had room 3. The outlook was fantastic looking straight at the Wallace Monument.🏛️ Breakfast is awesome. Good quality of food and great room conversations. Kevin and Kim are very engaging and love to make you feel at home. Free parking on site. The Birds and Bees restaurant is great food and value. It’s in walking distance from the lodge.

Kim and Kevin are such nice hosts. They recommended daily trips, prepared special breakfast. Further, the accomodation has best standard, we have seen in Scotland. Parking for free and a very nice restaurant, very close (200 meters walk). The best place to start trips in Stirling or Edinburgh

It was a great place to stay for our first night in Scotland. The breakfast was delicious. Our host was friendly and helpful. There was even a fan in the room which was much needed and appreciated.

This is one of the most friendly, accommodating and excellent B&B's we have ever stayed. The hosts were so friendly, the Scottish breakfast was delicious, and the variety of foods offered was outstanding. Parking is so convenient, and the rooms were large, exceptionally clean and so comfortable.

Lovely accomodation, close to the best Stirling has to offer

Lovely B&B. Beautiful room, very clean. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent: bacon, fried eggs, sausage, toasts (white or whole wheat), mushrooms, tomato, all sorts of cereal, very good coffee, OJ... Highly recommend
