For what you pay, everything should be perfect. Bedroom needs a lot of work doing Cracks painted over with different colour paint Damp patches on ceiling Bed sheet doesn’t fit the bed Toilet seat loose (reported twice, 2nd time was told it was fixed, was still loose when checked) Shower has wallpaper on the ceiling, coming off due to the steam The whole place away from the public area (bar/restaurant) needs money spending on it. Little things, but should be perfect

The hotel is easy to get to we were here for a tribute band at Albert halls and it was only 5-10 minutes walk to. The reason we booked, here was the location of the hotel but also catered for people with food intolerance and there was a great choice on the menu for gluten free. The food was delicious and freshly cooked. We had a main meal and also breakfast and we would definitely recommend it. Kevin our waiter was a comedian who made the place very welcoming. The rooms were lovely and spacious and everything you needed. Clean and spotless but also very quiet. I would definitely recommend this place.

The room had large cobwebs above bed and in bathroom, plant and bin in bathroom very dusty. Bin not emptied one day. They had already all pastries when we went for breakfast at 9am and was told sorry when they are gone they are gone, not putting any more out around. Hotel could be lovely but seem very short staffed especially at breakfast and room cleaning looks rushed.
