Great location for walking. Beautiful room. Jackie was really lovely and very helpful.
Advertised free parking but it is street parking and only free after 5:30pm and before 8:45am. Said free breakfast but then noted 15 pounds per person for breakfast on our confirmation email.

The location was excellent. The beds comfortable.
Tiny double room was difficult to navigate. Top floor location with steep stairs. Shower was a trickle of warm water. I was lead to believe, through booking.com, that breakfast was included. Far from it, charges for food were exorbitant.
