Great location for city centre and train station Close to decent restaurants e.g. Green Gate and Mint Leaf Room was clean and in good condition.

Excellent location, walking distance to shops, train station, restaurants, old town! Large Supermarket near by a plus!

We had three rooms reserved and one of the rooms had very hard bed and they had a hard time to sleep. We collected from the other rooms the bed covers to create a thicker layer on the bed to make it workable. We could not find the clothing drying rack, so we hanged the clothing all over the place; doors, chairs, handles etc. Not a nice view but no other choice.

Very good for three adults. Well equipped kitchen. Great location. Clean.

Door entry system to room not the easiest to use. Difficult to regulate water temperature in shower.

Easy check-in both at front door and room - this is an unstaffed hotel. Fitted to a very high standard.

The building looked very newly done & to a high standard, but this actually became rather overwhelming. I was one person in a double room. The bed took so much of the space that there was hardly any room to walk around it, no space for a chair or a wardrobe. The small chest of drawers was not well constructed, and at one point a drawer fell apart and I couldn’t get it open to take my clothes out. The TV didn’t have internet access as promised. There is no communal or staffed kitchen in the building, just a kettle in the room. A small fridge would’ve been really useful (and a microwave). At least then I could’ve made a coffee for myself in the morning with fresh milk. And I would’ve preferred a reasonable size bed and then a couple of comfortable chairs to sit in. It was OK, just not thought through very well.
