Friendly B&B in a great location.

The location was just a short stroll from main city area The staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was very good. Easy parking.

Don't think the extractor fan in the kitchen was working properly, as cooking fumes worked their way around the breakfast room & corridors in the B&B. Found the pillows to be rather solid.

Good and easily could be better

Staff were briliant, nothing was too much trouble. Happy to make takeaway bacon sandwiches and no issue when I commentsed about the dust in the room.

critically looking, the bathroom tile s and grout need some maintenance. The cleanliness was generally good but work but a little more attention to surfaces (dusting) wouldn't go amiss. Once brought to the staffs attention it was dealt with immediately with no complaints. Very good value for money, just pay attention to the grout please.

It's okay, comfortable enough

The staff were really nice and the hot breakfast was great. Good location walking distance to shops, a little further to castle and jail etc. the single rooms are pretty good and the heating was great, wasn't cold at all.

I understand that it's cold and damp in Scotland in the winter so there was a little mould on the windows, also the shower, Luke warm at best and no shower pressure at all pretty much just a trickle. The beds are comfy but mattress is very soft I prefer firm mattress but that's personal preference nothing to do with the hotel. Apart from this everything else was okay 👍

Solid location

Rude staff,dirty room,we found hair and a whole broken nail inside the room. Old with seemingly zero maintenance being done. Would never suggest this to anyone.

Lots of hot water. Nice street. Good heating. Clean towels.

Lack of security on the door - was left unlocked. Room not properly cleaned. Mould in bathroom. Carpet not hoovered. Very thin walls. Disturbance from drug takers in car in car park.

Everything the quilt cover was all ripped which meant you could see the quilt and it was old and dirty and the shower where do i start paid £147 for two nights left after first night waste of money.

Warm and comfortable :)

It was warm, bed was comfortable, Martin on check in was very welcoming 😊 Close to the town centre at a reasonable price. I also enjoyed having an actual key for my room as a novel change

Walls are a bit thin, I could hear other rooms slightly in mine but it wasn't too bad. Would have like to be able to open and keep the window open all night but when opening there was no lock to have it slightly open and I was on the ground floor so sadly not an option.

Okay for the price!

Kindly allowed me to check in early when I arrived on day 1. Large nice room. Great location - quiet but very convenient for town centre. Excellent cooked breakfast which I had one day.

I found the bed uncomfortable. Various problems with ensuite. No housekeeping at all in my room in the 5 days I was there. Often difficult to find any member of staff, though Shelley was very helpful when I spoke to her about several issues one day. Woken on two nights by other guests. Disappointing continental breakfast.

Great location, friendly welcome

Very friendly welcome, nice clean room with everything you need. Free parking outside. Great location with short walk to town with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Quiet room and good shower. Nice breakfast with Earl Grey and other selection of teas. Would stay again.

The room was very big and comfortable, and the location was very convenient with shops and supermarkets at walking distance. There's also parking at the property.

Very happy with my stay.

The location was very good - very close to centre of town, and within walking distance of both train and bus stations. The castle is close by although it is a long upward slog but that is inevitable. I took a bus to both Bannock Burn Centre and also to The Wallace Monument. Both easy to do. The single room was very close to reception and no stairs to climb. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that but I would definitely return to the hotel if/when I am next in Stirling.

The shower was apt to change from hot to cold and the water force was weak so not the best. But it wouldn't put me off the hotel.

Receptionist was downright rude on arrival . I am called Paul and on showing my ID he informed me 3 times that he did not like people called Paul. No hint of being a joke just a very rude person with I suspect limited intelligence.

Super location

The location was perfect, and the fact that you had free parking so close to the city centre was a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was super and excellent value for money. It was great that we could take the dog.

Some parts of the hotel are a little tired and need a refresh. Whilst the room was good, the hallways and especially the reception area could do with a makeover.

Nice location in Stirling

The room was very spacious and has a great bathroom. We got the quad room so all 4 of us could stay in 1 room.

Our room was on ground level but we really didnt have a view outside. Sadly, the room did feel "damp" and musty. However, it will be aired out and would therefore lose the musty smell.
