Booked a room and I arrived they said that there was an issue with the online versus the actual site location and it was no longer available. Was moved to another location absolutely unacceptable ruined the trip that was planned.

Hotel is absolutely beautiful and so unique - I’ve never seen or experienced one like it! The entire staff was so kind and accommodating, as well as the valet service! The room/bathroom was outstanding with great amenities, as well as complimentary breakfast delivered to the room! Great location too.

Easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! Easy to check in/out, very friendly staff, beautiful building and rooms, and thoughtful design. We loved our floor to ceiling windows with city view. The breakfast baskets were the highlight of the hotel for us!

Our stay at The Restoration was great from start to finish. Rick at valet was incredibly kind and helpful, even taking our bags to the room and sharing excellent restaurant recommendations. Valet is highly recommended since the hotel is close to so many shops and restaurants and very walkable. Leighla at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful and comfortable, though next time we’ll request a higher floor due to some noise from the bar/lounge. Checkout was quick and easy with Derek. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Asheville.

We were disappointed that the Observatory was closed for the winter, but the service was excellent and the hotel was beautiful and comfortable. We will be back.

Was our first time in Asheville and took a chance on a boutique hotel. Very unique amenities, great experience. Love the rooftop, social bar downstairs, outdoor space right in the center of downtown (great location), a “do not miss” social hour from 5pm to 6pm, complimentary continental breakfast delivered to your door in picnic baskets, great colors and layout in the suites, and excellent customer service. I’d highly recommend if coming to Asheville.

The service was fantastic, they werr extremely helpful with us traveling over the holiday. Also it had everything we needed (onsite restaurant and coffee shop), again since we traveled over Christmas. The Draftsman was a great place to end the night. The hotel was gorgeous, with beautiful decor. The room itself was very nice with beautiful decor, and very comfortable. All made for an incredible stay.

Loved the breakfast basket delivered outside our room each morning. We ate it in the room and also took the basket down to the beautiful lobby one morning. I found the lobby so beautiful and inviting we wanted to enjoy some time there too. The entire staff was very friendly and the parking attendants were AWESOME, very friendly, helpful, and quick…great group of guys!

I was traveling with friends to meet up for the holidays. The hotel is gorgeous. Well set up. We weren’t there a lot a lot since we were visiting the area, but the accommodations were beautiful. The bathroom the beds. Everything was comfortable, clean and high-end. We loved it.

The room was wonderful. Comfy and super clean The staff was superb. Including the valet men. The front desk staff was exceptional. They ALL went above and beyond and made us feel at home. We really loved the downstairs pub. So much fun. We have claimed this hotel our go to when we visit fabulous Asheville!

We absolutely loved staying at The Restoration in Asheville. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly. The room was elegantly decorated, room amenities perfect, and the basket of goodies in the morning at our door made the start of each day perfect. We enjoyed the complementary charcuterie board and wines each evening, and enjoyed an after dinner beverage downstairs at the fabulous Dutchman Bar in the lower level. Will definitely be back!

While the room and hotel are beautiful, we had an unfortunate situation that was not handled well at all. We were staying on the fifth floor and there was a rooftop wedding with the most excessive noise. We let the hotel know before 9 that it was happening and were told that the wedding would end at 11 and it would be quiet by then. When I called again at 10 because it became intolerable, I was offered a room change. Frankly I didn't want to pack up all my belongings at that hour. While a refund for the nights stay would have been nice, not even a a drink at the bar was offered. Staff was matter of fact and not even apologetic.

Great staff, particularly the valet guys. The room was nice and clean. I was disappointed that the coffee place rarely seemed to be open except in the morning and that cups for water were not refilled throughout the day. Other than these small things, we really liked the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The valet’s were quick to get our car and very courteous. There are lots of great shopping and restaurant options. The location was perfect!
