From the moment we checked-in, I have to say that the receptionist, I think her name was "Lynn," was extremely friendly and accommodating. Her pleasant demeanor was the difference for me. I wish every receptionist working there had her pleasantness. Housekeeping staff were very pleasant.

Other front desk staff weren't as pleasant as our first person we encountered. A couple of the breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed....perhaps understaffed.

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The warm cookie at check in was awesome!

The rooftop bar was nice and staff was great. The view is amazing. But the highway noise made it less than ideal. Can't control that but the hotel is adjacent to the busy highway. No road noise in the room though.

The location was great! Walkable but not chaotic. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and the food at the bar and restaurant downstairs was good. The room was a great size. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed interacting with them. The room service was quick and fresh. The room seemed clean, no obvious issues. Worth the cost for convenience alone. Very good stay overall, my husband and I would gladly stay here again.

The PARKING IS HORRIBLE! They charge $25/day for self-park. The other option is valet. The parking lot is not very close to the main building and you have to walk in the open. It rained every afternoon we were there so going to the car or going out to smoke was a problem. The front entrance and valet area was cramped and didn't function well. You can't get around the front desk without bumping into a customer at the front desk, the clearance from desk to the furniture in the room is like 5-6 feet, it seems.

Beds were soft, room was clean.

First concierge when we checked in was very nice. The second not so much. Our card keys were not working. And the 2nd girls said well they won't work if you put them near your phones. Only to take the redone cards up and they not work. Turns out they had to replace the batteries in the mechinism on the door.

great convenient location for a road trip start without a need to get into LV horrible traffic

It is a perfect stop-over hotel for a road trip (e.g. to Grand Canyon when flying into Vegas) that helps you to avoid LV notoriously horrible traffic. Brand new hotel with wonderful stuff but quit basic facilities. We landed in the evening, got a car at the airport, and got to the hotel in 10 mins easy drive. Hit the road early in the mourning for our road trip to Grand Canyon and had a short shopping stop at Albertsons to get the supplies, just 3 mins from the hotel. Great logistics for a road trip and no need to get into LV.

The weather wasn't great & neither was the hotel, but their Staff was nice and helpful.

Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. The hairdryer was great! Good location / walk-able. Great view from rooftop bar.

Pillows were not supportive and the bedding and bed were not comfortable. You could not view the TV well from the couch in the King room we got because the TV did not articulate to the angle. They charged $25 per night for parking. The parking attendant lost our key fob which delayed our departure for about 30 minutes. The refrigerators do not have freezer sections. The shower head was broken and therefore could not be adjusted well for a shorter person and there was no foot ledge to shave either.

The location was good, very walkable to downtown Asheville.

The location was in the midst of a construction zone and was very loud. The view from our 5th floor room was directly onto new construction with construction workers that were in direct view of our room, providing zero privacy. The hotel lobby smelled like garbage and dirty diapers, although I brought it to management's attention, it was not corrected. I paid a $75 pet fee once I arrived on the property, although the website indicated the pet fee was only $10 per night. Parking was NOT included, as advertised. I paid for one breakfast, and the food was cold.

Cozy room with comfortable beds and above average breakfast

The beds were comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, definitely a step above most. Loved the Crabtree and Evelyn soap offered

The room was on the smallish side, the parking was expensive, the bathroom door was sticky though for the rest it was very clean and staff was indifferent.
