Heating/ Air not working, sick waitress. Not worth the price.

Friendly front desk and valet. Room was clean.

Small valet area. Air conditioning/ heat was not correct. If it weren’t for the small window that you could crack we would’ve left. It was very hot even when set on 66 degrees. Tried to eat breakfast at the hotel. There was only one waitress working. She was constantly coughing, sniffling, etc. Never came to our table so we went somewhere else. We love the city but won’t be returning to this hotel.

Expensive but good

Location was great and easy to get around downtown Asheville. We were delayed due to flights being cancelled but the desk automatically gave us a late checkout which we appreciate so much running on 3 hours of sleep. Room was awesome and super clean.

The price per night was very high compared to other places in the area. we only stayed 4 hours due to flight issues.

Bed was hard and the room doors slammed loudly. Booking.com booking stated "breakfast included " but it wasn't. We had to buy breakfast at the restaurant there...which was really disappointing and kind of expensive

A stay that exceeded all of my expectations.

We arrived later than expected. Check in was pleasant and concise but also informative. The bartender was very helpful with restaurant recommendations since it was a little late and the menu at the bar had run out of a few items-- not a big deal to me. The room was beautiful and the bed was so very comfortable. I skipped breakfast, but the atmosphere seemed lovely in the morning. All staff were very friendly, helpful and nice. What made the stay truly incredible was that they upgraded my standard king room to a king suite on the top floor. I was stunned by the room and the view, too! It made my stay feel very special. I will absolutely be back! I may even spring for the king suite next time!

There was only one thing I did not like--- I went out for a couple hours after settling in and when I got back to the hotel, the front desk agent did not greet me-- they were sitting on their phone. As someone like myself who has worked 10+ years in hotels, this is such a crucial detail to me. But this can be a tricky detail to instill at all front desks in hotels, so I do understand.

I stay here every time I come to Asheville. Staff are great, valet parking is efficient and reasonable. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. I have celiac and the restaurant staff took great care of me at breakfast making sone eggs and bacon separately for me. See you all next time!

We had requested an early check-in well in advance of our stay. We got to the hotel and had to sit in the lobby and wait. The only parking is $30 a day by valet.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely consider staying at the Hotel Indigo again.

Our room was very nice. We used the fitness room one day, had some nice equipment. Breakfast was very good and we had dinner at the bar one night. That was very good as well. We were visiting Asheville for 3 nights of concerts and the hotel location is right down the road from the concert venue.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property.

Quick overnight trip

The room was very spacious. The bed was so incredibly comfortable. We slept like babies. We were able to walk to anywhere downtown which was great. Very pet friendly as well.

Only offering valet parking for $30/night was unfortunate. $75 pet fee seemed a little high.

We really enjoyed our stay

Walkable distance to town. Valet option. Room was very nice with a great view and was very quiet. Staff was friendly and everyone greeted us with a hello and a smile. We took the hilarious ghosted bus tour, visited Biltmore, hiked the Graveyard Fields and Falls, visited NC Arboretum and the must see Omni Grove Park Inn where we saw a bear! Thank you for the wonderful southern hospitality experience!

Our beds were made one day but the trash wasn't removed and towels were not replenished. Following day no service done at all. A more welcoming bar or lounge layout would have been nice. Oh and a pool. Lol.

In general the hotel was nice and we enjoyed, the downside was the mosquitoes.

The room was comfortable although the sofa bed was not so comfortable. We had an issue with lots of mosquitoes that bit us throughout the night, this was VERY uncomfortable. I mentioned this in the morning to the receptionist.
