Everything was real good, but I need not realized there was going to be $25 parking fee a day. Everything else was great, but will not stay again because of that.

Everything was amazing! I’ve stayed during the holidays twice and I absolutely love it. I plan to stay here again.

Location was great and the condition of the hotel was very nice. Would highly recommend while in Asheville.

The check-in staff seemed distant, almost chilly-like they didn't care. Third stay here, and zero acknowledgment for our loyalty. On our second day room wasn't even cleaned or bed made, just towels swapped out. We’re not sure of booking at this hotel again…plus parking fee is so pricey…

The website for the hotel is misleading. It does not have a full restaurant on the premises (small plates only), and room service is not available. Nice property, enjoyed our stay, but will not book here again.

The valets were very personable and friendly. Every other staff member we encountered at the front desk, the buffet breakfast and server at the restaurant on the first floor seemed annoyed to be there. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. The room was nice and clean.

Staff at the hotel should welcome guests and be friendly instead of act like they don’t want to be there. Housekeepers were very loud in the hallways when they were cleaning nearby rooms.

Staff has been great, especially our valet. Clean room and warm cookies!

The level of customer service from the entire staff was unparalleled—every person we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to our satisfaction. Our accommodations in were perfectly maintained. The attention to cleanliness was outstanding. We especially appreciated the spectacular view and the quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel's location is also fantastic, with The River Arts District, The Grove Arcade, and awesome restaurant and bar options within walking distance; even on site. The entire team here has created a truly special atmosphere, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you for a flawless stay. A very special thanks to Michele for attending to us even before we arrived and for making our anniversary visit one we wish to repeat for many years to come. We were truly blown away.
