The front desk agent who handled my check-in was not very friendly, and since I made the reservation for five people, the room should have been prepared for five guests. When I asked for an additional bath towel at the front desk, I was told it would be faster if I came down to pick it up myself

Staff was friendly, knowledgable a d professional. The room was very clean. Its location was great and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Breakfast and The Montfort Rooftop was excellent!
