Excellent value which includes free parking & free breakfast until 11:30 AM. Breakfast consisted of coffee, juice, milk, waffles, cereal, bagels, good yogurt & some sort of microwaveable sausage & biscuit.
Issues: needed to pound on the door to the suite to gain entry (I was able to but some will not have the strength to do this), semi-clogged bathtub drain (unless they put in a $1 filter it will always clog with hair) and cheap bar soap that's nearly impossible to rinse from your hands (I used the shampoo instead as it worked better)
All that said, while the place is quite dated, it's hard to beat the value.

Basic accommodations. walking distance to many restaurants and shops in Asheville. Parking was difficult. There were plenty of spots, but they were challenging to get in and out of. Good value for the money and the check-in process and communication was great
