Couldn't have had a better stay!

Everything was phenomenal. ALL STAFF were happy, kind and helpful. The property and grounds were neat and impeccably clean. The breakfast was out of this world. The absolute best hotel breakfast we have ever had, hands down. The afternoon drinks and snacks were delicious and the spread was laid out artistically. The pool and pool room were clean. This was a top-of-the-line experience and we will for sure be back. I cannot think of one thing we didnt like. Blown away.

All in all it was great!

Very nice property!! Very clean and the staff was professional and friendly.

The room was pretty small for the 4 of us and our dog. I also didn’t like that you had to use the valet service. My husband forgot 1 item from the store and as soon as they parked our car he had to ask them to go back and get it.

It was a great experience. It is very clean, good eating, and staff is great!

The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. The restaurant Sopranos on the 7th floor was one I will return for. It was so good. Try the appetizers! The indoor pool was clean. The room was clean and a good size. We went shopping and once we came in for dinner, we didn't have to leave. I loved that!

The only thing I didn't like was that you had to vale park. You didn't have a choice, but it was fine.

The Best

This hotel was beyond beautiful. From the staff, to the accommodations. 10's across the board!! The rooms were super spacious and cozy! Extremely clean and up to date!! The NICEST hotel! The breakfast buffet was excellent. So many options and plenty to choose from. I will definitely recommend this to anyone! Great area and close to lot of local restaurants and shops.

We waited almost an hour after check in time to get a room and then the room we got was not the one we booked - we booked a corner room and ended up with a standard room but told it had a better view and was the same cost. I believe this was a cheaper room.

Good place for family

Location is very good, the bathroom is big, facilitites are good. Breakfast is quite good as well, with a machine to make your own waffle. Kids loved it.

When we got there, the pull-out sofa was not made for the kids. We pulled it out and asked the hotel to make it (there was no sheets and no additional towels for the kids) and went out for dinner. When we came back, the sheets and towels were there, but the bed was not made. On the following day, they didnt replace the soap and we went out of it during shower.

Very clean and walking distance to many restaurants. They offered us water, and one complementary drink from the bar per night.

I absolutely loved the breakfast! It was on point! Maybe because they had an ongoing conference at the same time as our visit - is the reason for the excellence, taste and accommodations of the breakfast - but it was really good! The location was great as it was walking distance from the main street and shoppes. The room had a nice side view from the window of the mountains.

I thought the room could be a little bigger. I've stayed at Embassy Suites in CO and the room was a little bigger with a separate area for the living room, but it was a good size room. The bathroom was up to date as well.

Excellent stay

The hotel was in a perfect location to walk around Asheville and it is a lovely city to explore, we really enjoyed it there. The free drinks and snacks in the evening was a lovely surprise and the lobby and bar space is lovely and big. Breakfast is plentiful with made to order omlettes. The rooms are large and comfortble, the rooftop bar is gret, great view, and the whole hotel is super clean. Staff are friendly too.

Listing on booking said crib available upon request. But the request was denied, they said they had no cribs. I tried through the app to ask about a pack and play, but got no response. Had to call to complain, and found out that they do have pack and plays available. Recommend they either update the listing or teach their people how to respond better to a crib request.

The hotel was tastefully decorated with lots of open space especially in the foyer. The staff were extremely helpful throughout.

Not having the open to self-park feels a bit unfair when there is a charge for valet parking.
