We had a great night away. Room was spacious. Comfortable beds. I did feel our room was a little cold. Had a lovely breakfast looking out at the Plymouth Sound.

All was good, the check in experience, the room and the breakfast were all excellent.

Had a couple of issues, the sink was blocked in the room and the ‘handy man’ didn’t work weekends consequently it remained blocked throughout our two night stay. The battery in the tv remote was also on its last legs and didn’t want to work. Both issues a little unfortunate especially having paid extra for a premium room but apart from that the hotel will remain my first choice when staying in Plymouth.

Hotel was lovely. Very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Family room was spacious and comfortable. Location was perfect. Was able to park the car and walk everywhere. Being able to use the pool was great but I would suggest they had a swimming lane. We went after 8am due to having children but we all wanted to swim lengths. By 8.10 the pool was full of families with children with no respect for swimmers which was disappointing. Overall a lovely night away and I would definitely stay there again.

Well located, comfortable hotel next to Plymouth Hoe. The room was large but the bathroom was a tad small, but very clean. Good view across the Barbican and I could see my car in the hotel car park. Nice lobby area where you can get a drink and a snack. The breakfast area is on the 11th floor with great views. The pool and sauna are a pleasant place to relax. My only criticism is that the air-conditioning was rather noisy.

For a four star hotel i was a bit disappointed. Very small bathroom, desk chair was very uncomfortable. I tried to call reception from room phone many times and it was never answered. Alao disappointed that parking is terrible and costs extra. Breakfast at weekends starts at 0730, and since i was working, I had to leave at 07.30 so I went hungry... not good enough. Notwithstanding those grumbles, the stay was ok and the staff very helpful and pleasant. it was e reas

Sofa bed uncomfortable no choice of pillows neck breaking or use nothing, staff brought up linen, no duvet asked 3 times for duvet eventually came and ghe duvet didnt fit the sheet. Very dirty windows asked for a room high up to have a view but then cojldnt see much anyway. Rubbish pool too shallow, its either sinking or there isn't enough water, you cant swim to the shallow end as your hands hit the bottom.

Lovely welcome by reception staff. Rooms clean, bed extremely large, if a bit soft but that is personal preference. Only thing that let the room down was the carpet had been cleaned by the threshold of the bathroom and was still very damp.

We stayed in a premium sea view room which had plenty of room for 2 adults, 1 child (who was very pleased to have a whole sofa bed to herself!) and a baby. Baby cot was set up as requested on our arrival. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was really nice and good temperature. We enjoyed a few free bits and pieces from the lounge bar - including milk for baby bottle (very handy). Location was perfect - right next to the hoe, with a Tesco express shop just round the corner. The only tiny thing was that the travel cot was very firm/hard - we added a towel underneath the sheet (baby 18 months) and she slept fine. Overall a great experience and we would definitely return!

This crown plaza was excellent in every way except the underground car park which was very tight as the number of damaged concrete steps and posts testified to. no doubt a regular user wold have found it easier. My sensors were going at every turn. Maybe not the best driver but this was difficult. On the plus front i can't see any damage so passed the test

We stayed in the Standard Room with 1 King Bed and a Sofa Bed for 2 nights. The room was spacious and comfy. Their underground carpark was a bit narrow but very convenient. Also like their penthouse restaurant which has an excellent view.

Very quiet. I was in 503. An area that needs improvement is the bathroom tib design. Very difficult to enter and exit. If the shower foor could slide to rear of tub it would be easier. The tiled nox at back of toilet makes this hazardous. A person with the least mobility challenges may not get a bath or shower. I did not shower daily as I was afraid of falling.

Another fantastic stay, we have stayed here multiple times and have always had a great time, the location is excellent and it’s a lovely walk to Sutton Harbour and The Barbican through the Hoe park and along the coast and it only takes 10 minutes.
