Location, just off Plymouth Hoe was perfect, a very short walk to a spectacular view of Plymouth Sound.
My old bones didn’t like the stairs (my fault)?and the wifi connection was erratic.

A perfect stay - the single room was clean, spacious and the bed comfortable, the location was fabulous, I walked everywhere all weekend and the breakfast was delicious. Hosts Paul and Lesley were super accommodating when my shark trip was cancelled 24 hours before arrival and allowed me to reschedule my booking to another date. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and stay again another time.
