Excellent hotel and very welcoming

Location is great for the Theatre and city, plus Plymouth Hoe is only a 5 minute walk away. Breakfast is great and made fresh. You order what you would like cooked the night before. Plenty of cereal, fruit etc.

Only small negative is the bed was a little soft for me, although my husband didn't think so. But, guess I am used to my own bed.

Would love to stay here again

The room was very cosy and spacious. The staff were super kind and helpful and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The warm hospitality and delicious breakfast in the mornings was also a hit. Also very convenient it had on-site parking.

Not very good because of the water leak in the bathroom

Staff was helpful property was fine other than the leak.

The fact I had to deal with the bathroom basin that had flooded the bathroom floor, first thing on New Year’s Day and has been doing this for a long time as could see the drawers were swollen and full with water had to use 5 towels to clean it all up. Needs a new (pop up waste) needs changing and resealing and the correct trap. Also missed (breakfast) as was cleaning up all of the water so it don’t cause any damage.

We have been lucky to travel all over the world and stayed in some great hotels, this lovely hotel was up there with them. Parking was easy, great friendly staff and the breakfast was out of this world. The location was perfect for where we needed to be.

Nothing. I could not fault the hotel. We will be back whenever we need to stay overnight in Plymouth again. I can really recomend this lovely little hotel.

The bedroom was a bit tight and only a bedside table on one side. I found the bed a bit hard too and very thin pillows. Would have been good to have the bar open when we got back from the theatre.

Well worth a stay

Very clean, comfortable and very friendly and helpful staff especially Amy who could not do enough for us - we were even upgraded to the best room although the stairs to the top floor were a bit steep and narrow for us OAPs😆 Great breakfast choice too and very tasty
