The room was very comfortable with some wear by the window from water damage. The restaurant and coffee shop was nice to have on site. The shuttle was perfect.

This was advertised as breakfast included. It wasn’t. It was 25€ per person. When we checked in the attendant stayed at his desk and never offered help or acknowledgment. When we checked out the attendant was wonderful, and kind-helped us to find the shuttle schedule and was very pleasant. The restaurant was lovely, clean, well decorated. The room was very nice, however to AC unit made a high pitched squeal when it was running and it was not conducive to a restful environment.

Very nice hotel. Nice restaurant and bar inside. But I didn't realize that their Airport Shuttle DOESN'T RUN from 10 AM to 5:30 PM. So only runs a little in the morning and a little in the evening. So it cost me 20 Euros to get from the airport to the hotel, even though it's only 3 Km away

The premium room was not worth 225€/night (without fees and taxes). Upon arrival the room was too cold (17°C), when I wanted to turn on heating the air conditioning was not working. There was a strange not-locked door inside the room connecting it to another room; the space behind it was covered only by a thin wall/possibly the door from the other room as well. The room was too noisy from all sides, I was not able to work from there. Additionally, there was quite a lot of dust on some surfaces and the furniture was worn out which didn't justify the price for a 4-star hotel. The water tap in the bathroom was sticking and squeaking so loudly that anyone outside could hear it whenever I tried to turn on the water. Also it took a while for the hot water to start flowing. I requested a room change but the hotel was fully booked during my stay. I stayed only for 2 nights but cannot imagine staying longer, definitely not a good value for the money. However, the breakfast was good. The location is close to the airport and NATO HQ, but there is nothing to do within walking distance. There are also no dining options around except for the hotel restaurant.

A Delightful Stay! Oh, what a jolly good time we had! The room? Absolutely spot-on – cozy, clean, and just the right amount of fancy. The restaurant? Don’t even get me started. Every bite was a little celebration for the taste buds, and I might’ve shed a happy tear over dessert. The atmosphere was simply chef’s kiss! Relaxing yet lively, like a warm hug with a splash of excitement. And the staff? Absolute legends! Friendly, helpful, and genuinely delightful – they made us feel like royalty. 10/10, would happily return for another round of this fab experience! 🌟

The staff was great, and very friendly. The rooms were clean, beds, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were tired when we first arrived, and we’re a little unhappy about the self check in counter. Other than this, we are very happy with our stay. Being close to the international airport was a plus also.
