All perfect except the reception

Really big appartment with all the comforts. You can have a long stay there if you wish, next to the mall.

We went during Christmas period where most of restaurants were closed. Reception did not provide any info on what could potentially be open for us to book a table to eat at least. We ended up eating McDonalds or cooking at the apartment. Shouldn't a receptionist know the situation in her city and assist the guests? A simple answer of "I dont know" does not indicate neither interest nor professionalism from her side. How is it possible not to know whats going on in your city?

Apartment had great modern facilities, was super clean and very comfortable. WiFi was fast and easy to log onto. Daily room refresh, rubbish collection, water (still & sparkling), tea and coffee service was excellent and unobtrusive. Would definitely stay again.

Got slightly confused by the check in and code system but this was my fault rather than any particualr issue with the property.

Absolut totul este foarte frumos! Apartamentul este situat într-un bloc. Totul este la superlativ, este foarte curat, este ușor de accesat, foarte aproape de mijloacele de transport în comun, aproape de centru și foarte aproape de mall și magazine mari.

Experiență plăcută, cu mici minusuri

Am avut o experiență în general foarte plăcută în acest apartament. Spațiul este generos și amenajat cu bun gust. Am apreciat atenția la detalii – la sosire am găsit în frigider apă plată și carbogazoasă, iar cafeaua a fost binevenită. În fiecare zi am fost contactați pentru refill. Un alt mare plus a fost posibilitatea de a controla individual temperatura în living și dormitor. Întregul proces de check-in și check-out s-a desfășurat online, rapid și fără bătăi de cap, ceea ce mi s-a părut foarte eficient. De asemenea, parcarea subterană a fost un avantaj major. Totuși, au existat câteva aspecte mai puțin plăcute: • Salteaua a fost prea moale pentru gustul meu, ceea ce a afectat confortul somnului. • Plapuma era destul de grea și groasă, iar lenjeria, topper-ul sau materialele folosite erau foarte zgomotoase la fiecare mișcare. • Masa din bucătărie nu era curățată corespunzător – avea urme de pahare și ceva lipicios pe suprafață. Sugestii pentru îmbunătățire: • O curățenie mai atentă, mai ales în zonele comune sau de contact frecvent. • Ar fi util să se adauge papuci de unică folosință și un fier de călcat în dotarea apartamentului. • Instructiuni clare pentru reglarea temperaturii și a sistemului de încălzire în podea ar fi foarte utile pentru oaspeți. Per total, recomand locul și cred că, cu aceste mici ajustări, experiența poate deveni excelentă.

In primul rand, curatenia a fost una ireprosabila, designe-ul este unul modern si spatios. Dimensiunile geamurilor sunt mari ceea ce il face luminos, deasemenea balconul este foarte generos, avand iesire din ambele incaperi. Dotările includ toate echipamentele necesare, precum și sisteme moderne: self check-in, termostat digital, încălzire HCV. La parterul clădirii se găsesc magazine, restaurante și cafenele, locatia este situat aproape de centrul orașului iar parcarea este ușor accesibilă.

Etanșare deficitară a geamurilor, care permite infiltrarea aerului și a zgomotului.

Confortul, curatenia si atmosfera primitoare din apartament ne-a facut sa ne simtim "ca acasa", iar parcarea securizata subterana, ne-a spulberat orice urma de ingrijorare pentru acest sejur si ne-a lasat sa ne bucuram in totalitate de plimbarile prin oras si targul de iarna. Recomand cu mare caldura acest complex de cazare, unde toate amanuntele si detaliile sunt la superlativ. Sigur vom reveni anul acesta, pana in sarbatorile de iarna. Multumim pentru ospitalitate.

O experienta completa pentru un spatiu de cazare.

Am fost placut surpinsa de calitatea si stilul amenajarilor, este un apartament spatios si luminos, echipat cu tot ceea ce este necesar pentru un business trip, city break si cazare pe termen lung, terasa ampla, salteaua confortabila, loc de parcare, localizarea ideala (langa Mall Electroputere Parc). Recomand!
