Great location, enough parking for our car

We couldn't connect to the wifi so for 4 days we were without internet connection in the room. We told the receptionist but nothing.

Good hotel for good price

Nice place, nearly centrum. Really big room. Breakfast very good.

The bed was kind of not on level. The air condition didn't function. When you went take a shower, it's really small place getting in. The door into shower is a glass door which dont move.

To expensive for what you get.

My room had a terrace and the parking space. Breakfast was good to.

The " elevator" problem. You can't go from the reception to 7 floor until you don't call the right elevator. Bed wasn't confortable, and my blanket wasn't covered with the sheet and it was kind of dirty with much hair on it. Poor sound proof at 7 floor. I would say more a 3 stars and definitely not a 4stars.

Too much room perfume

The room had way too much perfume, I had to air the room for more than 1 hour for the smell to go away. The shower didn't have good water pressure, it was a bit annoying. Also there was no place for hanging (clothes, towels etc) only the space in the closet. The terrace, although big, didn't have any chairs&table and it was in great need of renovation.

Will try something else next time

Good thing about the location is that is has it's own parking. The front desk staff was friendly. The bed mattress was stiffer than normal which I personally prefer.

What you pay vs what you get isn't up to the expectations. From start, there is only one elevator which reaches the 7th floor but the button calls them both - you had to send the other one to a higher floor in order for yours to come. The room doors where initially with cards but they switched to keys and stuffed business cards in the light switch in order for the lights to work. The water pressure at the 7th floor was really low. The bathroom window was flimsy, could not open properly in the venting mode. The breakfast normally lasts until 10 o'clock but starting from 9 the foods were beginning to end (barely grabbed an egg but the bacon was already gone and not restocked). The breakfast coffee machine is slow and you have to wait some time in the queue to get a coffee. At peak breakfast time you can barely grab a table to eat inside.

Location was good and there is an own parking. Large room and teb bed was comfortable to sleep. That's all.

The first night there were two weddings at the same time on the fisrt and the second floor. It continued until 1-2 am. I was very tired, that's why, I was able still to sleep. Otherwise it was impossible. The shower cabin was very tiny. May be tiniest one that I've had ever took a shower. The water stream was not so strong. The heater was not working at heating setup. I've called a technician to fix it, but he just put it on ventilation with higher temperature. Even then it was constantly stopping each few minutes. So it was not comfortable room condition. The smoke detector was packed with a nylon bag, so most probably there is problem with the safety features. The breakfast was copy past for the 4 days of settle. Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Cheese and egg. There was some salami, but only pork ones. One of the worst breakfasts in a hotel.

Bad

We booked this hotel using specific filter: pet friendly, as we are travelling with our dog. It turn out that the hotel is not accepting dogs at all. So booking.com needs to update their information. We were referred to another „pet friendly” hotel nearby: Hotel Meliss , but this one was only „very small dogs friendly”. Our dog is rather bigger size. 😉. Very helpfull was Hotel Golden House as we were returning guests.

Generally good, good report quality/price

Breakfast quite good, location very convenient. Personnel was especially considerate. Hotel has elevator, so no need to climb stayrs. Nice view from balcony.

The restaurant is under the hotel level. Was necessary to take dinner in other part.
