We came at 11.30 pm, but nobody met us. There was nobody at the reception desk. The key from the room was just at the reception desk. When we got our room, there was no bed linen for children. Next morning we didn’t manage to have a breakfast, because the restaurant was closed.

Very good

Close to the city center, clean, ok staff (outside of check-in we didn't really have any contact with them), clean room. We only stayed one night and really only for a quick shower and sleep, so no idea about anything else.

Thin walls meant waking up when other guests arrived, left or the neighbors would talk loudly at 4am. Had it been a longer trip this would have been a bad time, but this trip was a quick in and out so it was OK.

LIFT didn't work ( turned off) 3 of our party had heart problems, not good going up 4 flights of stairs to our rooms. No rooms on the ground or First floor. Cold water in Shower, Shower falling off the wall and leaked. The socket for hairdryer was falling off. Shabby carpets.

Ok to stay for 1 day trip

Close to Christmas Market, friendly staff, comfortable bed

The bathroom had the mirror broken. There was no toilet paper, so I bought. There was a window in the ceiling without blinds, so in the morning, the sun was waking you up since it was above bed. There is no elevator until the 4th floor, but for us, it was not a big minus. Walls are really thin(we could hear what the person in the next room was talking on the phone and what the person that was called was telling him). There was a cooking smell in the hallway every time. The number of parking spaces is really small compared to the number of rooms. For 1 day, we let it on the sidewalk(which is not recommended) . .

Това място повече прилича на пансион а не на хотел. Сутрин и вечер няма топла вода дори да се измиеш - къпане абсурд. Банята е отвратително мизерна - боядисан зле гипсокартон и стари плочки при душа. Стаята е малка и мирише лошо от стария мокет. Няма хладилник. Няма ресторант нито барче където да си поръчаш нещо и да ти мине времето. Има едно помещение където сервират закуска ако си резервираш която е мизерна. За първи път ми сервират руска салата за закуска. Никога не бих повторил. Вдигна ли са цените до небесата заради близостта с центъра. Не се лъжете да резервирате там.

Localizarea,aproape de targul de Crăciun

Pilota cu care se presupune ca ar trebui sa te învelești plina de par,scame. Cu siguranta nu a fost spalata de la ultima rezervare. Caldura in camera a fost oprita pana la revendicarea camerei in conditiile in care afara erau 4 grade. La micul dejun nu aveai ce alege,mai mult de jumatate din cele 6 “platouri” erau goale la ora 9:00. O camera pentru o singura persoana 120€,pretul nu este absolut deloc justificat in raport cu conditiile oferite.
