The staff were courteous and the room was clean and spacious.

I felt the breakfast could be improved in terms of quality and variety. A few small changes could really elevate the morning experience.

Overall I was pleased given that we only spent one night at the accommodation.

The staff is very nice, good breakfast with many options, the room was big, and clean (except for the toilet), had a nice balcony, hair dryer, anything you could need for one night

Extremely uncomfortable pillows. The toilet bowl was not properly cleaned. Small details were not taken care of (e.g. balcony chair had a crack on the back part that pinched when getting up and drapes end missing, as a result when opening it, the drape fell).

Perfectly placed hotel

The staff spoke English and were very kind, informative and helpful. We were grateful for the a/c in the room! Very clean room. Shower was powerful. Bed was comfortable. The hotel was in walking distance to many restaurants and parks. There was a lot of choice for breakfast. It was all very tasty.

Would have loved tea and coffee making facility in the room.. but it was ok as we made use of the mini bar!

Big room, smelled like freshed pressed linens. Big bathroom, well supplied. Loved the welcome gift 😊 water and a waffer

cold , no way to make it suitable, the fact that I asked to leave my bags and stuff didn’t react appropriately, so I was afraid to leave them , no hair dryer , location is farther away, the stuff forgot that I payed and ran after me

Zeer luxueuze kamer met super goed bed. Wij kwamen voor de reuze kerstmarkt in Craiova die terecht als de beste van Europa werd verkozen. En dan heb je dit hotel met parking die daar perfect bij past! Super aanrader als koppel. +je

Dezamagitor si foarte scumpa cazarea pentru serviciile oferite.

Foarte aproape de centru.

Micul dejun dezamagitor. La ora 9:40 nu mai gaseai aproape nimic de mancat. Cand am intrebat: daca mai aduce mancare, am primit raspus: ca este pana la ora 10:00 si nu mai au ce sa aduca. In conditiile in care am anuntat ca venim la micul dejun dupa 09:30. Am primt raspuns: ca nu este treaba lor si ca ce a fost pentru micul dejun s-a terminat. Profund neplacut.

Много добрс локация в близост до центъра. В хотела беше много топло и чисто. Закуската е много добра.

Трябваше да чакаме да да ни настанят въпреки че бяхме точно в часа на настаняване.

Кошчето в тоалетната не беше почистено!Липсват елементарни хотелски консумативи. Няма кана за вода, дозички чай и/или кафе. Съотношението цена- качество е в тотален дисбаланс! За това място цената за нощувка следва да е на -50%!

Перфектно място при посещение на Коледния базар

Стаята беше топла и уютна, закуската беше хубава и персоналът - много любезен и отзивчив. Има магазин за хранителни стоки много близо, зад хотела. Бихме отседнали отново при следващо посещение в Крайова.

Am rezervat o camera dubla mare dar cea primita nu era mare,nu avea dulap de haine ci doar un cuier"pom".In loc de scaune/fotolii erau doua taburete mici neconfortabile.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung

Personal war nett, Frühstück gut. Fußläufig zur Innenstadt und zum Stadion. Es gibt ein paar kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel. Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Ein Duschvorhang wäre nicht schlecht, damit man das Bad nicht so nass spritzt. Wasser auf dem Zimmer wäre auch noch schön.

Poco o niente, il personale dell'albergo ha cercato in qualche maniera di recuperare qualcosa, ma sinceramente non tornerò più

La camera non era quella nella foto, ma molto più piccola. La colazione veramente scarsa. Il costo assolutamente esagerato per quello che è la struttura. Il bagno puzzava moltissimo
