The location and the temperature inside

The reservation has made during the summer as a gift. We wanted to pay in advance and have tried to contact with the hotel via chat, telephone and even booking service but we didn’t receive an answer. Even we didn’t know if the reservation was active. And in the end the guests should pay this gift since nobody answered us.

Happy and satisfied!

Perfect location close to the city center, old town, churches. The railway station and airport are relatively close by car as well- my son likes visiting such an infrastructure staff so we are checking up them always! The underground parking is a big bonus! The apartment we have booked was very good! The beds are comfortable! The fridge was clean and working! This was important for us having two kids with us!

The corridor carpet needs cleaning!

Nice place to stay, especially if you planned a visit downtown Craiova.

The location is great, very close to the downtown Craiova, in a great neighborhood. The underground parking was, at least for me, the "crown's gem". Nevertheless, I had better expectation for the room and the service. The TV set had an incompatible remote and the staff just gave up in providing a good one. Great underground parking lot.

Fair stay

I arrived in the afternoon and was given the room promptly. Room 302 is in a separate area of the building and it is a bit unusual to get there. However, the room is large, but the TV is small. Inside the room, it was around 30 degrees; there was a thermometer. The AC solved the temperature issue shortly. The room has a balcony too, but the AC exterior unit is installed there, so all the hot air that comes from inside will be found in the balcony. The bathroom was large, with a corner hot tub. Unfortunately, there was no hot water. I served lunch at the restaurant. Even though it was empty, the tables were full of bread crumbs. In fact, the receptionist is a waiter too. The soup was not hot, and the dessert that was supposed to be hot was a bit warm. The underground parking is spacious. Location is very good, in a few minutes, the old town can be reached.

The cleanless of the room was very bad, cockroaches running on the floor, the floor in the room and the bathroom very old, too many signes of being used for long time with cracs and gapes. AC power sockets hanging out of the wall, safety risk - life hazard! Shower (tub) without any glass walls nor shower curtain ...

Man, this Hotel it’s a 2 star definetly, it really needs some repairs and updates cause everything is pretty sovietic. The bathtub, furniture, AC, door, everything is so old and with this amount of money in other countries you can get better. Please see photos attached.

They offered us a free room upgrade, so our room were amazing. The staff was kind and helpful in general and our stay was more than pleasant. The location is also great, it's about 5 minutes by walking from the very Center of old town.

Old needs maintenance

The bed was confortable. Good location

They didn’t answer the messages from Booking chat. I had to call to ask for information. Because it was an international call is was expensive and this could have been avoided if they answer via Booking chat. The hotel is old, with old furniture. Needed some maintenance.
