Great price for accommodation

The price was very good for the offer. Also they offer food at a good price, but isn't a wide choice from what to choose

It is clearly in the period with many end of life sanitary and room furniture. Soon they should renovate the rooms entirely. Also the room I stayed in had no view out the windows. It was noisy from rain as well.

Stay somewhere else

We got "upgraded" from hotel Flormang 3* to the nearby hotel Royal Flormang 4*. We thoought we were lucky, but iIn reality, Royal Flormang does certainly NOT deserve 4*, and it might be 3* at its best. The room is decently sized, all the furniture is new and working. There is a huge tv and a tiny fridge in the room. The location is good both if you have a car and if you move around by public transportation. Wi-fi is ok. There are plugs all across the room. It was relatively cheap.

There is a very long list of unacceptable issues with this hotel: 1. there is no air conditioning in the room. When we stayed (june) it was 40 °C outside, 35 °C inside during daytime and 30 °C outside, 25 °C inside during the night. In my opinion the problem was not with our room, but it is everywhere. We slept with the windows open, but this meant that we had sun and trolley noise starting from 5 AM. 2. the room is really bare minimum. There is no shower curtain, there key is still metal-based (no keycard). The furniture is generally low quality, there are very very limited bath supplies 3. the staff is obviously untrained/ unqualified and has zero interest in the customer (I would relate this to my point #6 below) 4. the common areas are dirty, messy and, in some parts, under construction. The lift is dirty. Some personal opinions: 5. there are posters and flyers that advertise that it has been financed by EU Funds, so my guess is that they built it with limited own funds and they had to cut corners somewhere. 6. in the lobby there is a drawing of the owner with his car and the hotel in the background. Make your own opinion on how someone with such a cult of personality can run a business. 7. maybe maybe maybe in a cooler weather all the other shortcomings may be tolerated given the relatively cheap price. This review is linked to my own experience of staying there in a very hot summer day/night.

An acceptable stay.

First of all, they answer to my online request quickly. Second of all, the check in/ out were smoothly. The location is very close to Promenada Mall, 5 minutes walk, which could be very convenient. The food was good and the restaurant personnel quite helpful.

Well, even in the Romanian hotels the smoking is not allowed, the room's smell was a combination of smoke cigarettes and some deodorant . The shower cabin was not having the movable parts that supposed to seal the cabin, so the water was spread all over the bathroom. From my perspective, the pillows are very high, but somehow I managed to used it.

There was a beptizing party in the hotel's restaurant. The party ended at 2 in the night so we could sleep only after that. The blankets were too short. The breakfast included in the costs only 1 omelet....

Per il prezzo l'hotel ci ha offerto un fantastico luogo di ristoro dalla disavventura di aver sbagliato aereo ed essere finiti a Craiova al posto di Cracovia. Personale super cordiale, stanze molto grandi e pulite. Peccato, avrei voluto provare la colazione

camera extrem de jegoasa, de parcă nici măcar nu a fost trecut cu un aspirator pe acolo. baia la fel de murdară pe jos, cu fire de păr de la alți oameni care nu erau din cap, pe gresia care nu a văzut niciodată un mop sau măcar o mătura. pe lângă ca nu a fost pic de căldură, mai cade și tavanul peste tine în baie. tin sa menționez ca in preț intră și niște “animale de companie” tare simpatice, dar cam timide, și de fiecare dată când descopeream câte unul fugeau sub canapea. (gândaci) frigiderul miroase groaznic canapeaua are 3 straturi de mizerie pe ea dar asta e cea mai mica problema nu cred ca lenjeria a fost schimbată, și dacă a fost, ar trebui să se folosească detergent la spălare. ca o paranteză mică, nu cred ca va permiteți detergent sau soluții mai bune de curățat pentru ca, judecând după construcția impecabilă a pereților, ați angajat salahori să vă facă hotelul minunat de pe urma căruia faceți bani de la oameni pe care îi țineți în condiții mizere.

Peretii sunt executati fara izolatie fonica. Nu am putut sa dorm de la zgomotul din camera vecina cele doua nopti. Mirosul de clor ... Fereastra este neetansata ,fara cheder. Mocheta rupta... Treptele la casa scarii inegale...unele de 5 centimetri ,altele 15 centimetri.
