Great location, few minutes away from the city center

Very big and nice apartment, proper heating (actually too much, we had to close it), clean, next to the center. Good mattress and no noise which was great for us. I also appreciate the bath robe :).

I did not like at the breakfast that I had to always ask for things that had finish (milk, vegetables, eggs etc) Also, this is like an advice the TV would be great to be smart to be able to connect to Netflix, Disney etc.

A great stopover from a long drive.

Good location and staff but miserable room

The location is very good and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Also there’s a parking of the hotel next to the reception and it’s very comfortable.

It is obvious that the furniture is old and not in good shape. Let’s say that the bathroom is clean while in the whole room there is a strange smell maybe from some cleaning materials that are used.

A JEWEL in Craiova!

This hotel in Craiova is a JEWEL! It comprises of two connected buildings, a new extension and the older part. This is a wonderful ART D'ECCO building! Of course, carefully renovated and with all modern amenities. And having extraordinary timber structures, beautiful colour stain glass windows and coloured stain glass ceilings in Restaurant, Bar, Reception area etc. A lot of famous Artists (film, Rock Music) and football players were over the years hotel guests, it can be admired in rare photos on the walls. KITCHEN: dinner was excellent, so the Red Wine, breakfast buffet with lots of options. PARKING: plenty of car parking.

Only approx 18 hours, but we definitely will return.

The hotel is wonderful, and its location opposite the park gives positive energy. The staff is cheerful and helpful. Breakfast is good. It is true that the style of the hotel is old and historical, but the furniture needs to be renewed because it is old and worn out. Despite that, we highly recommend it.

The price was fair. Location is ok. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The bed has reached its end of life, at least on one side. The room was clean, but public areas, restaurant etc is not. Staff was kind of ignorant / arrogant, not quite sure what was going on. An atmosphere of being unwanted there. Mostly from the male part of the staff. Except for the man who met us upon arrival. He was very friendly and welcoming. A huge contrast to our last stay some years ago, I must say. Too bad!

Probably the best hotel in town :)

Good breakfast with polite staff, complimentary coffee in the room, a lift in 5 story building. Big size room. Very good food in the restaurant also. Very helpful reception desk people! There is bar and piano and cozy place for meetings if you need it.

Hard to say, maybe WC paper finished, no soap in the bottle under the shower and was too hot when we enter the room , but in general very spacious room with really fantastic bathroom: robes, bottles with liquid soap on sink instead one time hard soups (very eco-friendly!) , plenty of towels, complimentary toiletries, a tub and a shower, bide as well! Maybe fitness can be a good addition to this hotel.
