Amazing stay! I am extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Everything was absolutely excellent – from the comfort and cleanliness to the overall atmosphere. The staff were outstanding: very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They really made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was good. But there was a huge problem. The day we arrived they closed the gym and the pool. There was no mention about that when I made the reservation. Those 2 facilities were very important for us. A huge part of our decision to reserve this hotel. When we mentioned that to front desk clerk and we also talked to management, they acted like “ Oh well! Tough luck “! It was like, “ u can go somewhere else “ Made us feel embarrassed asking for something we paid. Otherwise….. ok.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was to use the pool after a long day of driving only to find out its about 7.5 euros a person to use the pool, even as a guest at the hotel! Quite disaplointed that this was not clear in advance as it might have changed our plans.
