Quite decent all in all. Would surely recommend it to travelers.

Nice refurbished lobby, new marble, quite decent carpets on the hallways, very easy to find most of the facilities - I would say it's a very functional design by whoever was the architect of this place. Absolutely decent furniture, the legendary soft comfy Ramada matressses. Very clean towels, quite excellent minibar selection. Looks like this was some legendary old hotel in town back in the day now operating under lord Wyndhams franchise. Interesting piece of history. Excellently educated guests. A lot of terraces and secret places to enjoy private time or work on one's laptop. Decent parking lot with many free spots to pick from.

I love some dry sauna from time to time, nevertheless, I was about to get cooked at 26 centigrade during night time and 27,5 during day time (outside there were some 23), because some failure of the digitial heating system. Poor juice selection at breakfast but compensated by great staff. The pool is actually a bigger bathtub, the locker rooms are small, there was mold on the bottom of the swimming pool, this was also compensated by great staff and very clean towels, some of the cleanest I ever met in 20 years of travel nationwide and some place s of the world. Glass bottles in the swimming pool area and a la carte waiting ... nice idea but forbidden in other places in the Ramada circuit because of high risk of accidents.Check with Ramada Parc/Plaza Bucharest colleagues for exchange of know how in various matters. The gym (although microscopicl) might accomodate some 3 more apparell, one for back extension, one for bies and one for tries. No vanity kit in the bathroom.

Good view, the staff was very helpful. Great breakfast, large rooms with nice facilities. Cofee, tea, minibar, everything u need. Room service cuth food delivery preety late ar night. Sauna and pool eere nice and clean.

Maybe some robes in the room so that you cand put it on and walk to the pool.

A very comfortable, high-class hotel with a good restaurant. Great breakfast!

Despite this issue being discussed with the hotel upon booking, every time we entered the restaurant with our dog, there was a delay and discussion about whether it was allowed. Ultimately, they let us in and provided excellent service. So, I think the hotel needs to stop spoiling the impression and become truly dog-friendly if that's what they claim when booking. One minor issue was that we were unable to lower the air conditioning temperature in the room. It was too hot for us to sleep in.

Everything was nice and clean, and the onsite parking accommodates tall vans.

The room was super clean, everything looked quite new, I was very happy with the dinner in the hotel restaurant, and the onsite parking doesn't have a height limit, so you can park there with a van or a tall SUV.

The onsite parking can be completely full, so if you come at a bad time, chances are that you won't be able to park on site.

Nice stay in Craiova

Centrally located hotel. The room was nice and clean. The ventilation system was best cooling the room very quick and not noisy at all. The staff is very nice and always there to help . Very good breakfast. Dinner was also good. The best Wiener schnitzel!!!

Highly Disappointed

We have been coming to Ramada for several years, always when we return from vacation. We always look forward to our stay at Ramada. The hotel’s facilities and location are absolutely perfect.

This summer, we stayed at Ramada twice. The first time we were disappointed, and the second time was no different. During our first stay, the receptionist charged us a higher fee for our dog than she should have. We only noticed this in the car, so we returned to sort out the situation. We were not given an explanation as to why it happened, only that it was supposedly her mistake. On the invoice, our dog or any related services were not listed. The reception could not correct the situation, so she returned the money to us from her own wallet. Mistakes happen, but it felt strange. However, this last stay completely disappointed us. At breakfast, while I was getting food, I was approached by a staff member who told me that my slippers were not appropriate. This had never happened to us before. We had never seen this information anywhere — it was not posted by the hotel, not mentioned during check-in, and not communicated when we were informed about breakfast. We were also not told about it when we gave our room number upon entering for breakfast. I found it very humiliating that the staff had to point out my footwear in front of everyone. People at breakfast noticed it. I recommend that in the future you either inform guests about this rule at check-in, have it posted somewhere near the restaurant, or tell the guest when they give their room number at breakfast — not afterwards, when everyone is already watching. For me, it was a real disappointment. I felt very uncomfortable.

It was an amazing experience!

The food ordered to the room was very good and the breakfast as well. Alex, the manager from Room Service was so professional and courteous . He surprised me so much for my birthday. Along with the food ordered, he brought a small cake on a decorated platter. Also, a written post card with the picture of the hotel along with many thoughtful wishes. I would like to express my gratitude towards him and many thanks for the wonderful gesture. THANK YOU!!!!

Good place to stay in Craiova

Large, well-equipped, and very quiet room. Even though the hotel is located next to a busy road, no sound went in through the closed windows. Great pool, breakfast was nice; we also had a great lunch at the hotel's restaurant.

We ran out of hand wash in the bathroom during a one-night stay, so they should supply it more carefully. The shower tub is leaking water on the floor.

I greatly appreciated the location, the provided services, the quality of the food, the efficient Wi-Fi, and the spaciousness of the room, which even allowed for the addition of a second bed for my son.

The air conditioning system wasn't adequately equipped to handle the surge in heat we experienced. As a result, the room temperature reached 26 degrees, and the air conditioning unit would cease operating every 60 minutes. Also on one evening, the parking area was fully occupied, necessitating us to park on the street.

It was a last minute choice and the hotel met our expectations. Breakfast was very good and the bar is very cosy.
