I don’t recommend this hotel.

From outside the hotel looks great and new!

They have problems with water, from 2 days only in one morning hot water was present bit with very low pressure. Also everything is old and in not a very good condition, in room was a bad smell of cigarette smoke.

Staff were good

No food available at dinner despite facilities to do so. But worst of all, there was not hot water at all so I had to take a cold shower.

Dont be fooled by the entrance,Location was very dirty run down area, more like industrial estate on the airport perimeter with next to no facilities, even though advertised there was no restaurant ( part of the reason for booking), the keys to the room did not work correctly and were replaced three times, on entering the room it was clear there was no bedding and no beds made, the electrics were faulty the plug from the fridge was highly dangerous with only one pin and held together with tape(our previously purchased drinks for our journey and food had to be kept cool in the sink)( the lack of bedding and the dangerous plug were shown to the duty desk manager), No remote for AC or TV, the bathroom was dirty and soakaway was rusted, room windows were dirty with bird droppings and other nasty, had we known the extent of the dilapidation we would never have booked this place, equally we would also have tried to change while driving, this was meant to be a superior double room...breakfast was dreadful..Our opinion is that this hotel should be removed from booking.com

Sad, tired, noisy, hot, overhyped and underwhelming

Absolutely nothing. Shocking hotel but staff member clearly trying to do their best.

Everything. The photos are massively misrepresented. It's location is in the middle of nowhere surrounded by enormous metal barns that are decked out as event spaces. These are noisy. The property is tired, faded and run down. Its main purpose appears to be a wedding venue but the rooms, awful. The restaurant is NOT available at night. Breakfast is from 0730, there are no tea and coffee services, the fridges in the room don't work. The bathrooms are old stained and dirty. The TV remote was filthy and the wipe I used to clean it was brown by the time I'd finished. The beds are hard with just a sheet provided. The bedstead had 'stains' on it (you work it out) and very, very hot. You either risk the noise and don't sleep, or get bitten alive by the flies. If you do want food, you have to get a taxi to the city centre, which is not possible when there's a large event on but i did see a bus come that way but who knows where it comes from or goes! . Local companies also will not deliver food. The staff member is clearly doing her best, and is very sweet, but if you have a bar a restaurant, and all your photos are shiny fantastic then these should be available to the traveller on arrival. I cannot recommend it, and I would have left if I could have got a cab to another hotel.

Very friendly staf although they seem quite novice.

Rooms are outdated, Tv's are missing the remote controls, carpets needs washing and regular hovering. Also, if you're hosting a noisy event until Early o'clock would be decent to mention it on your booking page. Some of your guests need to rest not to listen to loud folk music all night long

The fact that we did not have hot water and we called like 3 times and every time”was sorted” and next day morning they had an event at the hotel and people were screaming and shouting next to our door on the corridor.

The bed was not a double bed, but 2 twin-beds put together.

Is very close to the Airport.

The bathroom was not clean, (the toilet was dirty). For a hot shower we had to wait at least 20 min and for couple stay we received just one set of towles, also one blanket. No mosquito net and a certain stench of old furniture. The staff was very noisy in the morning.

Served the purpose

Access card worked after four trips downstairs and changed eventually. The carpet was stained, bathroom was mouldy around shower tiles, hair dryer not working. Hallway light wasn’t working, flimsy sockets, Fridge not working. Everything else was fine
