Disappointing

I liked the accommodation as a room

First, I didn't like the location, second, they didn't have parking for my car, third, they didn't leave the room I reserved at all, so that day we stayed in another room that wasn't heated, etc.

Great staff, friendly and helpful

The hotel is in a state of disrepair. Clean on the surface, but you can see cracks on walls or tiles, years of dust gathered on the extracte fans, the heater on the room didn't work so they offered me another room (really appreciate it) and in this new room the bathroom light didn't work. Overall decent value for money, but I wouldn't consider it 4 stars

Big room. Elevator.

The hotel needs lots of improvements. The door was broken, the carpet was full of hair, the bedsheets used, the bathtub dirty, the AC noisy, we had only handsoap in the bathroom, the room was a little dirty, the railway and the street are very close, so expect some noise. At the chechout the receptionist asked 200 lei but the room was 180 lei on Booking.

Bad cleaning in the bathroom

The toilet looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The toilet seat was yellow and if you looked lower at the wc, you could see it hasn’t been cleaned there in forever. I think that no matter the stars of a hotel, the cleaning should always be of good quality, even if they don’t have tons of facilities. It was disappointing. Never coming back again.

Rooms need maintenance, staff are great!.

The staff were awesome any problems we had they sorted out which made the stay far more pleasant!.

Room was a bit tatty, dopr handle on room 110 was falling off and the door to the shower had bad water damage. Also the beds were very spongy and we both struggled to sleep.
