• The quality of the furniture is clearly below what is expected from a 4-star hotel
• Bathroom fittings (especially the shower holders) feel cheap
• Lack of additional bathroom amenities that are standard for this hotel category
• Breakfast selection is quite limited for a 4-star property
• Very strong fragrance in the hotel corridors – pleasant, but overpowering
• The price is not justified: the hotel is certainly not worth more than 150€ per night per person, even during the peak Christmas and New Year Market period in Craiova

This new-ish hotel is located out of town by a convenient road juction, and not far from a very large mall complex (with Tesla superchargers). This makes it quite well located if travelling by car. There is a tram stop outside the hotel. Adequate staff, adequate breakfast.
You have to download an app to use the one EV charger at the hotel, ugh. The restaurant was closed for some maintenance so I cannot comment on that.

Cleanliness and service
It had safety issues for the guests. A mirror on a tripod was set by the entrance to the elevator. When one of the legs of the tripod was caught by the wheel of my carryon, and the tripod felt down braking the mirror, I was made pay for the damage/loss. If that had happened in a hotel in US I would have been reimbursed the cost for the room, and I would have been received apologies for facing a safety hazard. Another safety hazard is the step in front of the elevator, which is not being marked, and is hardly being noticeable. It is obvious there is no concern for the safety of the guests in that hotel.
