The main advantage of the hotel can be considered the location and the availability of parking for 3-4 cars. The hotel is on a one way street opposite the Tribunal building. We were lucky and parked our car right outside the hotel entrance. The “Botanical Garden” is a 3 minute walk away, which is a nice place to spend time in good weather. The city center is within walking distance.

the room we were given was poorly adapted for living in, even for a short time. 1. there is a poorly designed recess in the floor so that the balcony door could be opened. there is also an unfastened TV cable. Even healthy people can stumble or get caught on the cable. 2. the refrigerator is “hidden” in the cabinet under the TV. However, the cabinet and refrigerator doors open in different directions, similar to “French doors”. Accordingly, in order to get into the refrigerator you have to clear a lot of space. 3. The only sitting place in the room is a stubby armchair. 4. The bed linen is so shabby that it is unpleasant to use it. 5. there is “furniture” on the balcony - 2 micro stools (about 15-20 cm in diameter) and a small table cut out of plywood. 6. the window overlooks the common balcony, where someone often smokes. 7. there is a drain hole in the middle of the bathroom, which is deepened by about 5-7 cm, which can be considered a trap if you forget about it for a moment. 8. the shower door opens from the wall to the center of the room. Even for a “small-sized” person, it is inconvenient to use the cabin. 9. There is only 1 container for garbage in the whole room. We reported all this to the administration.

They have rooms that can accomodate a family of 4 but no lifts means it can be tricky with luggage.

No Lift Rooms need modernising. Our room could accomodate a family of 4 but the hotel had not communicated this to booking.com, so we booked an extra room for nothing (Booking.com has sorted us out)

Disappointing

Quiet room, nice guy at the reception in the morning offered free coffee/ tea.

Stench and not able to open window to let fresh air in. Definitely room needs renovation, not clean, towels and linen needs replacing as it was old and didn't look clean though it seemed to haven been washed.

Great location

Great value for the money.Location of the hotel was superb,just few minutes walking distance from botanical garden park on one side and city center on other side. Room was mid size and nothing special but we had what you need for the 1 night stay. It would be great if you could add kettle for the coffee and tea in the room and maybe a bottle of water. Parking was free inside of the complex.

Bathroom was not so nice.There was a mold everywhere,broken toilet seat.Small shower cabin. No hair blower,no higiene set...3 star hotel should have these things.
