Prime example of a 3-stars hotel.

Perfect location - very close to downtown (and the Christmas market), as well as tons of excellent restaurants. Bed is confortable. Room is roomy, with a confortable work and lounge space in it. Mini-bar prices are fair. Employees are nice. Garden view is nice and quiet.

Picture a three stars hotel in your mind - that's what this hotel looks like. Everything is "OK", but it looks and smells old. The walls could use a new coat of paint. Some of the appliance no longer works. There's some kind of suspicious stain on the sheet. But the bed is comfortable, you don't hear the neighbors, the room is big enough to use, and the price is good.

No parking! Very bad staff

Clean room and modern interior and comfortable beds

They don’t have parking! They said they have private parking but they have 3 spaces outside the hotel. That’s spaces are not parking spaces and when the car park there you can’t go in the hotel. There is no even where you to stop and get off the luggage. They asking you to park on the street which is dangerous. I had to park 1 km away in the street and pulling the suitcases and the little kid in the dark sleepy street! Never book a breakfast- it’s 2 small croissants and musli! And if you want capuchino there is no milk in the machine!

24/7 reception; we arrived late but we were check-in fast and also got invoice in no time;

The room was like my grandmothers apartment from the 70's. Even the smell :) Not bad, but just felt like traveled in time. 35 lei for a breakfast with not so many options in the same room where workers stored drywall and mineral wool.

Two faced hotel, 1st face 2star hostel, 2nd face 4+star hotel with 5+star beds and bathrooms.

Deluxe rooms are 4star quality brand new. Mattresses best on the market, me as a mattress producer slept better than ever.

Standard rooms, are filthy, dirty, old, 6star rating for standard rooms and for breakfast, practically they are 2 hotels in 1, and breakfast is from the dirty one. Receptionist must be replaced, doesn't know minimal customer relations, also very rude, I encourage customers to hit review for receptionist also. My colleague that slept in the standard room wished that she slept in the car. Coudlnt even complete the review, cause normally.should have been 2 reviews as they are 2 hotels and big differences between them

HORRIBLE.

Notihing. It was horrible. Literally nothing to like about this stay.

Everything was in poor condition and dirty. The room was full of flies, and there was no air conditioning despite it being summer. The breakfast was extremely limited and not fresh. I even saw cockroaches in the restaurant. On top of that, there were construction materials scattered around the property. Overall, a horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it were free.

Not a good choice

Close location to the city center, but the sidewalks are narrow and is dangerous due to that to walk.

The room had a bad smell (cigarette smoke combined with the smell of old furniture) that did not diminish with the open window. The bad was uncomfortable. The bathroom was last renewed more than 10 years ago, old toilet an old shower. Repairing marks could be seen in the bathroom. NOT A FOUR STAR HOTEL. maybe 2 stars.

The staff was nice and helpful, the location is fine, the price was decent, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The hotel would need some renovation, the armchair in our room was thorn and the bathroom was not in its best shape either.

Rooms and beds are comfortable, the reception is always open, they welcomed us at 11 p.m. in a very kind way. Free Parking available

There is no big difference between basic rooms and suites (only the size of the room). The hotel and fornitures are a little old, the bathroom too.

The restaurant was closed (I don't know if permanently, but I supposed so as it was on a Saturday), for the reception you have to call a number displayed on site, the place looks quite outdated and not really well maintained.

Good breakfast. The location is very good and quiet. The distance to center is a nice walk of 7 min. Big clean rooms with high standard furniture. Very friendly receptionist. I would recomand this location any time.
